I purchased Idôle Power Intense from Noon Egypt through the official store, and I noticed a serious issue with the bottle from the first day of receiving it.
The atomizer/top part appears defective and does not seal properly. There is a constant fragrance smell coming from the top even when the perfume is not being used, and I noticed liquid residue forming around the atomizer area continuously.
Because of this issue, the perfume seems to be evaporating, and the bottle already appeared lower than expected after only two days of purchase. I submitted a complaint to Noon Egypt on the same day I received the item, but unfortunately my request was rejected because the issue could not be clearly seen in the photos, as the smell and leakage problem are difficult to fully capture in pictures.
I already own Idôle Aura, which I purchased in November last year, and I never experienced anything similar with it. I can clearly tell that there is an issue with this bottle specifically, which makes me believe this may be a batch issue or a quality control defect.
I would really appreciate if someone from Lancôme could inspect the bottle or assist me in resolving this issue.
