LabCorp review: Urine draw sample

At Labcorp you schedule an appointment with time and dated, then on the day of appointment you arrive at the address that you chose for sample collection and register your name to the kiosk service using your ID scanned and wait to be called. Apporoxtimely 9.56am I registered into their system and my appointment were at 10am. I had to wait two hours to draw my Urine sample for yearly TLC submission via Labcorp. My schedule work was at 12pm but unfortunately I had to call out because of the delay at Labcorp and lost my days earning of $350. The behavior of all staff was like I was in third world country where no body listen to anyone and they had to shut the office not to take no more people. I was very surprised. The Specimen ID [protected] that was my receipt you can check. This person Kyaw Thet Htoo also hurt a 19 months baby who was prior me and if I believe she had to be taken blood sample. The small baby got hurt carrying with heavy pain and fear and Bruces piped up and the parents were arguing with the sample collector and he was using bad language, then he wanted to continue the conversation with me but I told him this was not my chapter and he used bad word. Prior leaving I told that I will file official complain and he said "go [censored] your self" I was shocked and been humiliation, embarrassed. I just wanted to obey TLC rules and regulations and had absoulately no intension going to Labcorp, I just went there to keep my license active, but lost my days earring and got humiliated
