Drug test was sent to them without permission and being out of network. Was billed for 600. Asked for assistance and they lied about the application and now contacting them is impossible. Sent to credit bureau and they will not respond to my requests. Sent in for assistance and one person said no income verification. Next person said too much income. Asked for explanation and no seems to have a clue. Emailed.and rhey responded ro call customer service. Customwr service didnt have a clue about anything and hung up on me
Horrible company. Reviews and complaints are horrible for this company. Reporting to the state.

Claimed loss: 600

Desired outcome: Bill erased due to no permissions and now no contact. I will agree to never use them again. Awful company.
