LabCorp – Test results not posted

I got blood drawn on 8/22/25 and have not seen the results as of 8/27/25. I got an email that they could not post because my gender was listed as Male, which was news to me. They also questioned why I had 2 phone numbers. Since they didn't try calling either number, what's the problem? I corrected my gender, but I still cannot read my results, nor can my rheumatologist. This is egregious.
