The waiting room at blue hen location in dover delaware has been filled. People waiting. Only one person registering patients. She was tied up. Did anyone step in to help? Nope. Just more and more patients were stuck waiting. Techs have nothing to draw because everything and everyone is backed up waiting on the registration person. Horrible at multitasking. Acting like people have all day to sit and wait while other staff stands around.

Recommendation: go to another location.
