LabCorp review: No customer service and no way to follow up

Trying to book a lab test that I see listed on their site, but after creating an account, that test does not exist.
The page for getting help and leaving feedback says it is no longer accepting user input.
All of the responses to FAQ questions asking "Is this page helpful" result in an error.
It seem that they don't actually want any business and now that I see the reviews here, I'm kind of glad that I was never able to book the test I need.

Recommendation: Find a better lab.
