I had an appointment at the Labcorp site in Gresham, OR. The appoinbtment was for 10:30 am on 2/29/26. I was not seen for the labwork until 11:28 am and that was only after I complained to the front desk. I was told at that time there still TWO ahead of me but they did take me next. There was no supervisor on site, I asked for one. The wait time was unacceptable and I saw people going ahead of me that arrived after me even though I had an appointment.

Claimed loss: Just time, patience and pain level as I recently had complicated back surgery and cannot tolerate sitting too long.

Desired outcome: Better management of appointments and a supervisor on site to monitor.
