LabCorp review: Lab work for job

I visited the location at 1288 Wellbrook Circle NE, Suite C, Conyers, GA 30012 on 11/18/2025. During my time there, from 1:40 PM to 3:15 PM, I observed unprofessional behavior from the staff. There was no supervisor present for most of my visit, and when she eventually arrived, she joined the staff member who had been giving me a hard time.

As I was leaving, I noticed them reviewing a message in the hallway where the staff member had attempted to contact the supervisor for further instruction but received no response. The supervisor then made an inappropriate remark directed at me, saying, “Oh, I see the hater now.” I chose not to engage and simply walked past them. It is my belief that everyone in that office should be required to complete a professional responsibility training, particularly in how they handle patient intakes. Furthermore, there should always be a supervisor present on site to ensure proper oversight. Patients should never be subjected to disrespectful comments or called out of their names under any circumstances.
