Front desk customer care was absolutely anything but caring. We don't need to be friends or chatty Cathys but a little kindness goes a long way in making the experience easier and less stressful. I watched her, patient after patient and her attitude never changed. When one patient came up and asked her what name she had just called and he repeated his, she stated, "What can I do for you, sir?" As a patient getting bloodwork I can honestly say I don't WANT to be there, but it is a necessity. As an employee, if you don't want to be there, move on! Don't make your bad attitude/bad day the patient's bad experience. Honestly, this location and this particular person needs to do better.
Recommendation: If you can choose another LabCorp location, I highly recommend you do so.
