LabCorp review: Falsified blood test results

On April 30 2025, I went to LabCorp at 7915 Us Highway 301 N
Ellenton, FL 34222 to have blood drawn. When I arrived I was told they no longer accept my insurance. I said I would go elsewhere and left.

I was notified by my doctor that they had lab results from LabCorp yet I had given no blood at LabCorp. The falsified results were in fact provided to my doctor by LabCorp and could have resulted in improper care and subsequent risk to my health.

This situation is very dangerous and the regulatory oversight bodies will be advised. To top it off, LabCorp sent a bill for $67.41 to a collection agency demanding payment for services never provided. This facility is very dangerous.

Desired outcome: The collection must be dropped and the persons involved in this intentional falsification of blood test records must be identified and held accountable for this intentional act of fraud.
