I has blood testing done on July 17 around 4pm at Shelby, NC facility. The phlebotomist who called me back had a very disgusting smart mouth . The receptionist thought his vulgar mouth was funny and burst out laughing. Extremely disgusting and disrespectful. Not appropriate and not appreciated. Blood testing is prescribed by doctors for a valid reason that could seriously effect a person's health. But, for these employees it's all a big joke. I'm hoping there is there is N.C. ethics committee in regard to the behavior of licensed medical professionals that can be contacted.
