Poor Customer Service at Labcorp, San Mateo, CA
I visited the Labcorp office at 101 S San Mateo Dr, San Mateo, CA, for routine lab work. Upon presenting my paperwork to the front desk staff, it was immediately rejected as an "after-visit summary" without further review. I was asked to leave and return to my doctor, who confirmed the order was already in Labcorp’s system. The staff member did not check the system, resulting in a significant waste of time as I had to make multiple trips. This experience reflects a lack of diligence and poor customer service. I urge Labcorp to ensure staff verify orders thoroughly, handle patient interactions professionally, and take appropriate disciplinary measures against the employee responsible to prevent such issues in the future.
