I had a 10:30am appt for blood work today, 2/4/26 at this location. When I was called at about 10:45-10:50am, the male in the lab was very rude to me. I had my blood work prescription emailed to me from the radiation oncologist office. He immediately huffed and said "we don't take those." "We take paper prescriptions." I asked if they had a printer than I could print to. He responded by handing me a piece of paper with an email address for me to forward/send the doctor's email. I immediately did so, however he did not check to see that he got the email and rather he directed back out the door. Two more people with later appts then were asked in. I waited another ten minutes and then another two patients were asked in. I immediately approached and said why am I not next at this point? He mumbled something about email and essentially closed the door in my face. Not knowing when I would be called, I decided not to continue to wait for him to call my name and after 25 minutes I left. After all, I was at his mercy at this point and I felt like he was intentionally going to make me wait a very long time. He is a nasty person.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for that employee to be reprimanded.
