Hi I am a former Life guard at LA Fitness on Staten Island. Filed a complaint to Better Business Bureau and NY department of Labor about one of the managers at LA Fitness Justice or Justin Lopez. Here is a copy I sent Better Business Bureau and NY department of Labor. Hi my name is Craig Rosenkrantz a former lifeguard now at Staten Island LA Fitness Pool company Total Swimming Pool Management. The rumors about me spread by Gary and Frank the supervisors from LA Fitness pool are false. I didn't break the hot tub or hit on female coworkers. I got paid for my overtime because I called payroll which they handled perfect, but the supervisors have me work 8 hours in 3 days the last 2 weeks and then fire me because a LA Fitness manager named Justin or Justice Lopez also says these false rumors plus tell them they will call the cops on me. I did nothing but fight for the hours they promised and worked hard for. Call me at [protected] or email me back because I want something done about this. Thank you
Resolution Sought: I feel I was treated unfair and liked to get paid for the 8 hours they owe me. LA Fitness should be held accountable for hiring the pool company Total Swimming Pool Management and the two supervisors should be fired along with Justin Lopez a LA Fitness Manager. I have evidence to prove my innocence.

Your wrong Justin Lopez was one of the people that cost me my job which I busted my ### for. I injured my knee and both my feet due to the stress. Those claims are false. I was one of few Life Guards that did my job. I always made sure the pool had enough chlorine in it and added water to prevent the heater from shutting off. The hot tub was fixed during the 12 days I wasn't there because July 25th and July 26th when Frank had me fill in the hot tub was working. Saturday when I was supposed to fill in it was closed. I haven't been near it since I was unprofessional told to show up to work for nothing on Monday July 16th. I got paid for the overtime 86 hours only got a torn check for 79 hours June 17th to June 30th. Frank took credit for those 7 hours that I worked according to payroll plus gave another guard hours I filled in for from 5 pm to 9:30 pm on July 13th. That pay period totaled to 84 hours but was only going to get paid for 79 hours until I spoke to payroll. I got all these pay checks on July 20th and I saved the pay stubs. BTW if your over 18 your allowed to do overtime. I was the only one that did here and my old job Pool Therapist. How dumb does this look. Good luck because this isn't going away.

Gary is the one I should be after for his false claims. I have nothing against LA Fitness. I will go after the pool company Total Swimming Pool Management and it will effect LA Fitness because you may lose your pool.I have all the proof that Gary was wrong and caused me to stress out over overtime Frank tried to take credit for. Payroll from Total Swimming Pool Management knows all about thus the reason I got paid. They still owe me 8 hours. I wish you well in your future credentials.

Not only didn't your pool company pay for those 8 hours they gave to other people. I am going to sue your pool company meaning this does have something to do with you and LA Fitness. You may lose your pool which may not please your gym members. I was treated unfairly. I see you all in court. I tried to solve this the normal civil way but you believed Gary who is hardy there in July over me someone that was there all the time in June and July. Told you this isn't going away. Could have easily avoided all this if you treated me right. Too late
