My order 7129
I ordered a Fendi shirt on the 12th of October with order number 7129 at $451.50
On the 31st of October, I got an email from one Jonathan that the shirt was out of stock and I requested for a refund.
I sent my Zelle to them on the 7th of December when they said their system couldn't process my card refund for whatever being their reason.
Till now after after over 20 emails, unaswered phone calls etc., I haven't seen my refund.
No one answers their phone calls, responds to email etc! I was even blocked on Instagram.
Such a disappointing company.
Desired outcome: I want my refund of $451.5

On September 23, 2022 I ordered a jacket on-line from La Dolce Vitae for $670.40 which was deducted from my account and assigned Order #***. One week later I contacted the company and was told that their overseas facilities were getting my order ready. Two weeks later I contacted the company and asked about the status of my order and received no reply. I requested that if there had been no further progress on the shipment of my jacket that the order be cancelled and my account reimbursed. Still no reply.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

We offer Free Shipping within *** and Free Worldwide Shipping to our international customers. We ship all orders from our distribution center in Europe and our warehouse in ***. Our estimated delivery time will be *** business days.
Please note, however, that as we ship directly from Europe, some items may take additional time due to customs and import regulations, which could extend delivery time to 30 - 45 days.
This client's order is shipping from our distribution center in Europe , thus we informed them of our shipping timeline and delivery time. Our policy is clear that we ship DHL and delivery terms.
However the client repeatedly requested status and then filed this complaint. We will proceed in cancelling the order and refund the full amount to the customer.
