Kwik Trip - Brenda cashier

She yells at me tells about my EBT card in front of customers even when my baby is with refuses to let me use my card cause it don't swipe. This is the 4th time I've dealt with her. Every single time was horrible. I've left this store crying twice. I'm glad that you guys try to make it totally inconvenient for me. I have my card I know my number by heart and why can't I use it if I manually enter the number. And why do you have such a mean unrespectful lady to inforce this rule. I spend 70 dollars every time I come in. At least. How dare you let one of your employees treat anyone like that. I walk and the store and she starts yelling about my EBT card and no matter what I do or say she is smiling at me mocking me. I've even told he I'm starving someone stole my keys and I haven't had a ride in days and she didn't care she said get a new card and stop coming at 4am. I've never treated anyone like I've been treated by her. Expcally at my place of work. She has problems when she is gonna laugh that someone is starving . If you don't do something about her I will never return and make sure I share my experience with everyone. I can't believe your guys policy and how you allow you employees to treat people

Desired outcome: I want this lady fired I've gave here enough chances

Kwik Trip - pre cooked heat and eat taco meat

I heated up 4 packages of the taco meat in a crock pot. Everyone who ate it is now throwing up. 3 people total. I have bought this meat several times before with no issues. I kept the packages for when someone calls for the information. My phone number is [protected]. I am also going to call store #403 and let them know what happened just in case I don't get a response from this.
