We bought 4/ apple pie on may 11 2011 and all pies were hard and cold . Manager on duty was. Jeremy griffith and has a manager he should had over look these items and check if the food is hot and good and safe enough to sell to customer, please contact this manager so it won't happen again please, the restaurant number is [protected] .

Sir just to clarify the name at the top of thier reciepts who the General Manager is not who is on duty. I go there all the time and if you realy had this issue all you need to do is go talk to the GM he's a large portly guy that loves his customers. As for the food being cold Ive never had any thing but hot fresh food. So again go talk to Jeremy I'm sure he will resolve this for you. He's usually there in the mornings when I stop in for my Big Stack Breakfast and OJ.
