Krystal review: Missing items and customer service

On 12/19/2021 I placed an online order on the Krystal's app for pick up at the Tuscaloosa, Alabama location. when I got there for the pick up I had chosen to pick up inside the store so I didn't have to wait 45 minutes for my order in the drive thru. I was told to go thru the drive thru anyway that the they couldn't give me my order inside. They didn't have my order correct and didn't give me my money back on the items that were missing. Missing items were 2 party size chili cheese fries and 4 chili cheese pups. Customer service is severely lacking!
