I recently purchased a container of my favorite cottage cheese from my local supermarket, Sudbury Farms in Sudbury MA. and was disgusted to fine a blob of what appears to be an black oily mass in the container. I opened the container today 08/16/17 . Obviously, it cannot be consumed and needs replacing, however, I need to know what this material is and if it represents a contamination beyond the single instance and potentially including all other containers manufactured at the same time. I would provide the photographs if there were a means to do so and will post them to your Facebook and other social media sites if necessary. Let me know how I should proceed.

Mr. Mullen:

The corporate architecture for handling Kraft retail consumer issues stinks!

Twice today I waited and waited and waited on hold via your toll-free number because there was evidently not enough staff to handle the influx of calls. I tried back a third time at 3 PM Eastern and the office was CLOSED!

I then tried to send an email, and it was a navigational nightmare on your website... I couldn't find the page to do so... It was more of a scavenger hunt than help!

Here's the short version of my issues:

Slowly but surely I'm phasing out Kraft brands from my grocery items. Right now, the only thing that's still to my liking is your mayo with olive oil... but time will tell if I remain loyal to that!

In the past I stopped buying Kraft Shredded Cheese because fat-free packages have less weight [but the same cost] as the regular shredded cheese.

Because sales were "not enough" for Kraft you'd discontinued the fat free cream cheese.

Two weeks ago, a competitor's brand of cheese slices [including fat free] was put on a BOGO sale by my local grocer. They were out of stock despite numerous visits to the store, so the meat manager [as a form of compensation] gave me two packages of Kraft fat-free sharp slices.

1. The packages weigh less than Borden's... Yours: 10.7 ounces; Theirs: 12 ounces
2. When you open the wrappers, the slices split apart because of the thinner weight.
3. They taste blander (not enough of the 'sharp' flavor as indicated)...

When the store finally got in the Borden fat-free Sharp slices, I took back the unopened Kraft package and exchanged it for a Borden's one as well as purchasing more of their product!

I'm one of those consumers who is not only health-conscious, but value conscious. The more you cut product portions, the less I buy the brand. You company is not doing anyone any favors... and I have dumped a lot of 'major' brands because of this practice.

It's bad enough that a product is dissatisfactory to a customer. It's worse that's it's near impossible to contact Kraft to discuss any issues with them. Time is money, and Kraft has certainly wasted enough of mine.

I guess the mayo is the next to go...

We have been loyal drinkers of crystal light tea for years. Did you change the formula? The on the go packs taste the same but the larger packs for making pitchers of tea is terrible! I had bought several of the large bags of the product from BJ's and now have to throw them all out. I don't have a receipt any more so cannot ask for a refund but would appreciate some sort of coupon or something so I can at least continue to enjoy the tea from the on the go packs. I am really disappointed I can no longer make pitchers of iced tea.

I've purchased this product for a number of years and was terribly disappointed when I opened the package to find only 2 crusts, instead of three. Hopefully this was a production error and not an unannounced packaging change. Your product is good and I will continue to use it but feel I should receive a refund of $1.79 on this purchase. We found a small rubber thing in a tub of ricotta, it looked like the finger tip of a rubber glove, but it was like a sealed air pocket. Not sure if the cheese is safe to eat. This ruined our Sunday night Italian dinner, my wife was planning on making stuffed shells with the ricotta cheese. I've attached two photos of the "thing" that was in the cheese.

I have been purchasing your products for over 25 years and have overall been very pleased.

On Sunday we purchased the Colby jack slices at Caputo's in Carol Stream, Illinois for our BBQ. The packaged was sealed, and when we opened to use the cheese slices were crumbling, stuck together, and turning white on the edges. Obviously, the cheese was not fresh for some reason.

I checked the expiration date and it read Sept. of 2017.

I was disappointed because I am in heart failure and did not wish to run back to the store, and we did not have cheese for the burgers.

I would sure appreciate a refund or coupon so I may get a proper package of cheese.

Bought a Turkey and American cracker Lunchables 2 days ago for my son and in the rush of things at the store did not realize there was some sort of goo on the meat. When I opened it for my son I realized what I had missed while purchasing it, I want to say its cheese sauce but am not completely sure and did not feed it to my child.in total I purchased 5 of this kind and only had one with this issue.

I am not pleased with the reformulated/repackaging "less packaging, still 8 servings" of your Tassimo Gevalia Kaffe Cappuccino. The only reason why I purchased my Tassimo machine was because of the original Cappuccino formula. It was so milky smooth and good tasting...and now not so good. So bad is the reformulated Cappuccino that I am no longer using my machine or your Cappuccino coffee. I still have 2 8-serving packages that I will not be using ever and which I am asking for credit for so that I can purchase any other Kraft Heinz product except not a Tassimo coffee product. Expectation is that you send me coupons valued at approx $10 for each package or $20 total. Thank you.

Hi my name is Catherine and I am sorry to submit this complaint. I bought a container of crystal light strawberry watermellon and there was suposto be 6 packs and there was only 5. Oh, boy. Dear Sir,
Today I made the mistake of trying your Macaroni Cheese for the microwave. I think I have figured out why my husband hates mac and cheese so much. This is the single most disgusting thing I have ever tried and, after checking online, I see I am not alone. It smells of dog nibbles. The texture is awful. The colour just wrong. But the worst thing is the taste. Like dog nibbles. Please, for the sake of humanity: no more. Just stop making such a terrible product. Or keep it in the USA, where people seem to be used to it more. Better still though, just scrap it and start again. People should not have to eat this. Feed their children with this. I bought this in the UK. Luckily I only bought one pot that I will now have to chuck in the bin. But you wasted my money and time. And to call this abomination a dinner is a joke. It looks nothing like the picture either. Now my whole house smells of dog food. I know you are going to tell me that everybody else loves it. I think you'll find that most people Can't be bothered to complain and waste more of their time. But I thought somebody needs to help you and humanity by imploring you to stop selling this awful concoction. I am not a fussy person and only very rarely won't eat a dish. Bought our velveeta cheesy skillet dinner kit and it had a hole in the broccoli packet. I would like to get my money back.
We love this product but definitely aren't using this one. It's sad when you find holes in a product of a company that's professional.

Bought a pizza lunchable and there were only two pizzas in it... I want my $1.79 back. The price of these lunchables is high enough, and to not get what you paid for isn't okay. I buy these for my kids all the time but the other brand is cheaper and it comes with a crunch bar. I choose the lunchable brand because it's what I've always bought but $1.79 for 3 pieces of dough, a packet of sauce and half powdered cheese and some pepperoni. I should get some coupons or a refund or something

We recieved 2 packages of Kraft Snack Trios as a promotion from Kroger foods. The paper wrappers attached to the bottoms are adhered with a slimy, sticky glue that easily peels away. This is a HUGE good safty concern! I got some of the stringly slimy glue on my fingers, and as this is a product that you are supposed to eat with your hands, it is highly likely that people will get this glue on therir hands and then EAT the product.

Just opened one of this to eat and found a gnat in the pineapple. The expiration date is August 15 2017. Number on the bottom [protected]. I have bought this product before but this time I got more that what I paid for. I am sending you a picture to show you. I have one more but afraid to open it and I am surely afraid to eat it. Just to let you know this is my first time to ever send a company a complaint about a product.

I have been buying kraft american single slices for over 50 years! now every pack the single slices will not open ! i think the cheap wrapping is the cause! this is the only cheese i buy! except now i wonder! it is so frusting and i get mad! not 1 piece can i get the whole slice! what is going on? i would like a reply asap! i am so aggravated! the best is it cost more than all the other types!

I purchased a box of Velveeta Shells and cheese original today from. Food Lion store. I opened the box to prepare it and the cheese packet had dried cheese and who knows what the other dried substance was all around the outside of the packet that was sitting inside of the noodles. It was disgusting looking. I returned the product. To the store. I did not purchase another as to not take a chance on a repeat purchase. Curious as to how something like that could be packaged and sent to a store.

Hello kraft I'm writing in to complain about the box that I just purchased from Walmart earlier this morning. Now I just got done making the mac & cheese. There was suppose to contain broccoli and unfortunately had broccoli dust. Eating it you got absolutely no hint of broccoli at all and to add onto that, it's was LOADED in sodium. You guys need to step your game up for me spending about 5$ PER box I should be satisfied. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with this product.

I bought a bag of your ori-da tator tots last week. I go and opened the bag and to my surprise there was 2 big brown yukky clumps of i dont no what..i threw everything in the garage just in case something fell in the bag that shouldnt be there..im not usually a complainer but i didnt no what it was and didnt want anyone sick...thank you.

I opened this mega pack, and all of the slices are split into pieces, the wrapping is all wrong. To get the cheese out, you have to peel it bit by bit, and still can't get all the cheese out. It is very dangerous, because if a child got a hold of it and didn't know any better, would be swallowing plastic. I bought this either at walmart or food lion, in greensboro, nc 27405. I demand a refund!

On Saturday, July 22, 2017, Kansas City, MO had a Heavy Rain Storm. My Electricity Power was OUT was over 48 hours. I had House Guest, planning 2 "Family/Friends Get Together". I had 9 Kraft packages Shredded Cheese, 5 Kraft packages of sliced cheese, 1 Kraft package Sliced Cheese, 2 Kraft packages Chunk Cheese.
In addition to Miracle Whip, Mayonnaise, Parmesan Cheese, 4 packages of Cream Cheese.
My question is: Is any of this food still good after being warn from Non refrigeration after more than 48 hours?

House Guest need to "eat out", 2 Get together were cancelled.
