This was the only good drink powder.
All others were classic terrible super-sweet aspertame/sucralose taste (1000x sweeter than sugar). Really, just a compromise for a 0-5 cal drink.
It WAS tangy/tarte/sweet. A perfect 15 cal/2 cups, not a disgusting 0-5 cal compromise. Congrats! Your product *was* perfect.
Now, this too is just another compromise.

I have been a loyal and proud user of your chrystal light drink packages for as long as I can remember. I recently purchased 2 boxes of the chrystal light peach tea, which happens to be my favorite but when I got home I was very disappointed. Rather then having the normal powdery inside that I am quite used to be able to pour into a water bottle to dink I instead found a hard clumped substance that did not even resemble the powdery mix I am used to. I will still continue to use this product was felt you should be aware of this issue.

On 9-9-17 I bought the 6in ham and turkey sub sandwich Lunchable unstoppable that included: water, sub bun, cheese, turkey, ham, rice Krispy treat, cheese-its, mayo pack and a Kool-aid tropical punch singles for the water. I was saddened to find out that the Kool-aid packet was missing from the box to utilize. The UPC on the box is [protected]. I do not remember how much the lunchable cost and I no longer have my receipt to upload so I imagine asking for a refund would be reasonable. I just ask for a replacement for the one that was packed incorrectly. I thank you for you time.

I purchased this product on Sunday and after opening the package it can no longer be closed as it doesn't seal because of your poor packaging. I had this same issue over 6 months ago and stopped using your product. I have now decided to stop using this product for ever. Cheap packaging that doesn't seal your product and I tried calling your Telephone number but all I get is a recording call back at another time.

I purchased several 2 packs of the Strawberry Cheesecake cups as they are eaten daily in our home. This morning I opened a cheesecake cup for my daughter to only find mold in the strawberry topping! I am highly upset with this by the fact the product date of expiring is not until November 2017 and it is only the beginning of September! i have attached 3 pictures to show the product as well as the date the cup says it expires.

Bought this for my pork chops...you gave me the "bake" but did not give me the "shake" in the box. Quality control fell short on this product, it came with the coating for my chops...but no bag to SHAKE THEM IN! WTH? Epic fail. Someone needs to be checking that the entire product is actually in the box before you start shipping it out to the stores Kraft!

I purchased this lunchable 3 days prior from Shaw's in Auburn, ME and a picture below is a piece of turkey my son almost ate. This lunchable was not expired and I find this quite disgusting. Not to mention how sick it could have made my son. We will most certaintly not be buying your products any longer. I will be contacting Shaw's as well to make sure they check their shelves!

Okay first of all I want to say that I have written out this complain three (3) times and everytime I get ready to submit it it just goes away and nobody can find it! so that's one complain I want to file . The main reason I'm getting hold of you today is because I want to talk about the bologna Lunchables. I went to Walmart couple months ago and bought some Lunchables for my son because he loves bologna Lunchables and when he opened one up, it had mold all over the bologna and the cheese so immediately I looked at the expiration date it was not expired so we check the other two and they have were moldy too! So at the time I didn't think anything of it and I just took it back to Walmart and got a refund, then I vowed I would never buy Lunchables at Walmart again. So a couple of days ago I go over to Stater Brothers and I pick up a couple of Bologna Lunchables. When I got home I opened up one right away because my son was hungry. When I pulled back that paper I was absolutely devastated and I gasped with disbelief. I do not know what that is all over the bologna in there but it is so totally gross that I practically threw up SEE PICTURES! I AM VERY VERY upset about this and I need to speak to somebody as soon as possible! This is not mold or anything and this should have never gotten through your quality control! As you can see by the pictures they are not expired so please contact me ASAP because just like I said I am terribly terribly upset about this

I usually buy a different brand, but on a whim I purchased Kraft "Taco Bell" taco shells and was very disappointed when I opened them. Out of 12 taco shells, 10 were broken in half. Only 2 would hold the taco fixings. Since I had already prepared everything else, we ate them like nachos, but it was a disappointing meal. I will never purchase this brand again, going back to my previous brand!

My family had a new bottle of Kraft Parmesan Cheese about a month ago and noticed the cheese was off in color and consistency. We noticed the seal on the top was broken. We threw it away and purchased a new bottle with no issues. That bottle ran out about a week ago and we purchased more. After that experience we have been checking the seals. We noticed this one also had a bad seal. Squeezing the bottle lightly you could clearly hear air coming from the bottle and smell the cheese. Fairly irritated we once again threw it away. The next day we decided to give it one last try. And once again the seal was broken. The cheese inside looked and smelled fine, and I know Parmesan cheese is usually fine at room temperature, but the package says refrigerate after opening, and with a broken seal I'm not risking my families health. I don't know what is causing this issue but unfortunately we will need to switch brands at least until this issue is resolved. Is there a reason the seals on these bottles are so poorly installed? We've thrown away 3 bottles of this in the past month.

I have been a loyal Polly-O string cheese consumer for over 20 years. Aside from spending half of my annual income on cheese, I've named my newly adopted canine "Mozz"- which is in fact short for "Mozzarella." Furthermore, my primary email address is [protected]@yahoo.com.
But for the first time in 20 years, I can no longer trust the cheese...

As per my usual routine: on Thursday August 31st 2017 at approximately 9:46 pm, I drove home from a strenuous workday, anxiously gripping the steering wheel while awaiting my only true solace- ingestion of 4 to 7 deluctable string cheeses. This daily endowment has brought an unwavering amount of tranquilty- until today.

As I reached into the refrigerator to get my "fix, " I was faced with this (see picture/collage below).

As pictured below- this particular string cheese has deprived me of approximately 1/3rd  of the pledged amount, which means that 1/3rd of my soul is currently vacant.

What happens when 1/3rd of someones soul is lost? I am already starting to show symptoms of this. I've purchased a selfie stick, I've referred to sandwiches as "sammies, " and a pair of platform Crocs currently sits in my Amazon wish list.

In my heart of hearts, I want to believe that this was not your intention- perhaps this was a disgruntled employee or inexperienced intern. But regardless of what caused this inconcievable situation, all we can do is move forward.

What I'm trying to say is that it's not too late to fix this- but the power is in your hands. And even if I don't end up receiving a lifetime supply of string cheese- if this chronicle prevents even one feeble cheese lover from being victimized like me, it was all worth it.

I grabbed a pack of microwavable Kraft Macaroni & Cheese while grocery shopping at my local Walmart. I always buy these whether I'm at work on break or just grocery shopping. I feel they are very convenient, which is why I am highly disappointed. Tonight I just wanted a quick snack and so I went to warm one up. When I opened it the inside looked funny than normal and the (I'm going to call it white stuff because I don't know what it is) white stuff was clumped together. I warmed it up anyways for the 3 1/2 minutes and I heard crackling and popping, very unusual. I opened the microwave and it was almost as if the cup cooked with the noodles. The plastic was melted on the sides and my noodles were half cooked and stuck together, and the "liquid" turned to an almost jelly like substance as it cooled. I tried to open another pack and it popped open and stuff flew in my eye and it looked exactly the same as when I opened the first pack. So I knew it was a bad batch and they would all cook the same. I really enjoy this macaroni so it sucks that I am having this experience.

I've been buying Oscat Mayer Oven Roasted Turkey for 4-5 years. The last 3-4 pkgs I've purchased the Turkey looked like it had
gone through a shredder. I can't get 1 slice that isn't falling apart.
I took pictures of Family Size pkg. and the Turkey on bread to send you but can't find an e-mail address (to send them) anywhere.
Now a dissatisfied customer!

I opened a new container complete with plastic neck wrap of the 1.5 lb and began to dish it out for me and 1 friends for breakfast. On the 3rd scoop I encountered a black speck. Upon inspection it appears to be a gnat. I purchased it the day before (August 20) at Walmart in Locust Grove Virginia. Transported it in a cooler to Smith Mountain Lake Virginia. Have not been able to locate a phone # for Dover Farms so contacting you. I have pictures if you need but if mine was contaminated you may receive complaints about others. I'm still buying the product because I like it. But not this one.

I don't know how you could make a mistake like this, but my capri sun, the fruit punch flavor to be precise, was completely [censor]in' empty when I opened my nacho cheese lunchable this evening (August 30th, 2017). I'm talking dry to the bone, sucked out, nothing at all. Not even a drop of juice in this pack...

This is unacceptable, especially from a company that I have loved since childhood. I used to look up to kraft, and always looked forward to cracking open a nice new lunchable as a kid... But this? If I had a child, and he came up to me crying after soccer practice with an empty capri sun?!...
I don't know if I can trust your company after such a embarrassment.

We purchased 4 lunchables yesterday. Opened one up (ham and cheese) and the ham had mold all over it. The exp. date wasn't until end of sept! Disgusted. Told all my friends not to get these anymore for their kids. Uncalled for. Called Walmart where we purchased them. Manager said he would give us the money back. Not good enough. Beyond furious. Parents pack these in kids lunch boxes! At first glance it looked ok. Then looking closer you can see it.

I purchased a box of this and there was no bags inside to mix to product. This has happen numerous times before and I have just let it go. This time I'm letting you know because its becoming very frustrating buying your product and it missing the same thing over and over again. The codes on the bottom are use by date 01 July 2019 DB01 05:47. If there is anything else you need from the box let me know. Please resolve this isssue or I will not be buying any kraft products at all.

I bought a ham and cheese lunchable from Woodmans in Eau Claire, WI and there was mold on the ham! I took pictures of it. I buy these often and was disgusted with the rotten foul smell that came from it when I opened it. I would like to please be compensated for my money. I want to make sure this doesn't happen to a kid who wouldn't know better than to eat it as is.

I bought a package of the cherry flavored cheesecake cups at a Meijer store in Plainfield Indiana on Wednesday August 23, 2017. I was sorely disappointed in the product. I like cheesecake but don't like the crust so I thought this would be the perfect answer. The cherry topping looked more like cherry puree and you had to take it on faith that it was cherry. It also tasted like cough syrup! I let the dogs eat most of it. I still have the second cup in the fridge but will most likely toss it out as cough syrup flavored cheesecake, even without the crust is not appealing.

When I opened the box of four seasoning packets, one of the seasoning packets inside the box was empty. The packet was completely sealed and when I opened it, there was no contents in it. This doesn't sound like a big dea since it is only one packet, but there are only four packets in the box so it is 25% of the product missing. These packets are 0.7 oz packets.
