When i opened the box i noticed a brown powder on the cheese pouch. When i looked in the box there was more of the powder in the box and some of the macaroni looked brown and powdery. It almost looked like a type of mold on the macaroni. The numbers on the top of the box are 21. Se 23 21:49 CP45. I hope someone gets back to me about this matter. My name is Floreen Lovett. I'm on my 3rd box of Shake and Bake with no plastic bag for shaking. At first I thought maybe a production issue (I worked for food company for 30 years) and gave you some grace. However, no I'm thinking it was a cost saving measure and I'm frustrated. How are we supposed to shake and bake it without a bag? I will not longer buy this product without the bag to shake it in.

I bought the 12 crunchy taco shells, mild sauce and taco seasoning kit for supper today. After cooking everything and then opening the kit, the first 5 of 12 taco shells were busted. Not cracked, but it two pieces, making them unusable. I never thought the shells would be so poorly packaged as to not be protected from breakage. Very disappointing, plus, I didn't have enough shells.

Nothing wrong with the product but the package is next to impossible to open! It takes a tool when flipping the lid on either the sprinkle or spoon side when it should be doable with hand. Even taking a tool, such as a knife, it takes an excess of force before the lid opens. I used to work in the Mount Royal plant as packaging tech ages ago and I would never have accepted a lid like this. What happened to your QA department that this is accepted? I buy this all the time at Costco but this is the first time I have had that much trouble to open the shaker. The stamp on the container is 2022 DE13 M 19:16 and I assume this is the date and time it was packed, not a best before, since I only bought it late in 2022 (I believe cheese doesn't go bad if it's not moldy, so would not worry even it it was a BB date) but the package, which is what I have a problem with, shouldn't change even if it is old stock.

I bought the 12 ok if string cheese last weekend I didn’t check the date it is now expired I purchased from Macaluso’s grocery store in Kansas City mo. The one I pulled out of package has a dark ring around entire cheese stick when I tried to return it to the store they said they don’t do returns. trying to add picture but it only inserted the upc from package it’s really nasty looking.[protected]

I have used the Kraft products for many years. This is the first time I have had a complaint or an inquiry. Recently upon opening the boxes of Crispy Pork and Crispy Southern Fried Coating Mixes, I discovered there weren't any of the plastic bags that the coating mixes were put into. The first time I discovered the absence of these bags was about 2 months ago when opening the Crispy Pork coating mix. Then this past week when I opened the 2 mentioned coating mixes, there weren't any bags in either box. Is this a problem or are you not using the plastic bags anymore. The instructions on the box indicate that there should have been plastic bags. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been using/purchasing "Oven fry Extra Crispy Pork" seasoned coating mix for 20 years. I've enjoyed using your product but can no longer afford to purchase it. The pricing structure on this product has simply sky-rocketed & no longer feasible to use/purchase. I shop at Pick N Save (Kroger Co.) and with inflation and weekly pricing increases at the grocery stores your 2 pkg. coating mix box has gone up to $4.99. This is simply too much for the 4.2 oz. box coating mix. I experimented and will use Rothbury farms seasoned croutons and Kellogg's Town House crackers. They chop fine in the food processor and the taste is delicious. You have priced yourself out of the market and my friends all agree as well. Jo Ann, Door Co., WI

I have loved your product for decades. This is the first time I have had an issue. I wanted to let you know because there must have been an issue in packaging. My box did not contain a shaker bag.
I think I purchased this box at Weis Markets, Everett Pa, but am not positive.:

The past 3 boxes that I have bought have had no plastic shaker bag in it how can you shake it with no bag says on box comes with bag normally 2bags in box what gives thanks I have bought all 3boxes at Wal-Mart if that helps and I have bought them the past 2weeks I have sent 3pictures that have all the information that was on the boxes hopefully this helps if you need more info just send me a email

What are you trying to pull here, Kraft? Where are the shake and bake bags? It says right on the box to place the seasoning in the plastic bag and shake the bag to coat the meat. This is ridiculous. We are not getting what we pay for seasoning and shaker bag! We should sue you for fraud. You're not helping the environment, you're cutting cost boosting profits and inconveniencing and pissing off your customers, who will be former customers if you continue with this stupidity. You should fire whoever came up with the [censored]ic idea.

Boiled my water once it came to a boil I opened up the 2 boxes of Kraft spiral Mac & cheese and poured them on into the water. I noticed right away that something was floating in the water so I thought maybe it was a bad noodle or something. I grabbed a spoon and scooped it out. Was not expecting there to be some weird looking brown worms in there! That is beyond disgusting! Decided to look into the boxes as well as sure enough there was some at the bottom of the box as well. These were completely sealed boxes so they were obviously inside of the box the whole time. This happened at 11:45pm on January 2cnd of 2023. They are not expired or anything either.

I have been buying Velveeta Shells and Cheese forever! This time, the last 3 boxes boiled up to mush noodles. I've been making this for years, and I have never had this problem before.

I've made regular noodles and this has never happened.

I recently purchased Crystal Light pink lemonade drink mix individual packets 10 Pack and found that some of the packets were solidified and could not be dissolved in water. Never had this problem before as we always use Crystal Light individual packets to give our water flavor. I opened a can of Heinz Spring Vegetable Soup and noticed a funny smell when I poured it into a pan there was biglumps of mould, the date on the tin said Expiry 11/2023

I have photographed the soup and the lumps should you want them its also dark brown in colour

I have always enjoyed your soups and I would be grateful if you would refund me for the soup, I have kept the can and label in case you need anymore information from it

Thanksgiving 2022 once and Christmas Eve 2022 twice, cooked the product exactly as I have for years, and the product came out bland and little to no lemon flavor. Wasted a lot of money and ingredients thinking I had done something wrong when it was the product that failed. The 1st one on Thanksgiving was one of our main desserts and was inedible.

All three boxes came from the same date of expiration 06/16/2023 8:10DB02

Had stove top for Christmas dinner and as I was putting it up after everyone ate I found a sewing needle in the stuffing. This could have gotten lodged in someone throat and the outcome could have been bad. Children was eating this. Also this was purchased at Kroger in Winchester Ky. This was bought on 12/23/2022.[protected] and I did also provide a picture of the needle and the barcode.

I purchased the Shake ' N Bake original Chicken 4.5 oz there were no bags in the box. I purchase this product monthly. I do not have my receipt.

This is the fourth time I've gotten this complaint back saying it's missing important information. Nothing is missing.

I purchased Shake and Bake a couple of months ago and went to finally use it last week. When I opened the package, there were no bags inside. I was somewhat disappointed since I use these bags so that I don't have to dirty any pans or dishes. I no longer have the receipt but I have uploaded the UPC code. I purchased this at Walmart in Clearwater Florida. For your reference the UPC code is [protected] Now that prices of everything have increased dramatically, it's quite disappointing to find that not everything I paid for was inside when I opened the package.

No plastic baggies to “shake” n bake. I usually open the package and there are two plastic baggies, now there are none. Change the name or lower the price. Ridiculous! Will no longer buy. I’ll buy regular bread crumbs and spices and do it my self. Very disappointed. I feel this is false advertising because I can no longer “shake” in the baggies that are no no longer provided. And the price has remained the same .

This is the second time recently that when we opened a box of Shake"nBake that there was no shaker bag inside.
