I’m fuming. I booked bus from JB to ipoh. Knowing how long the trip will be & how fussy we are, we did research on which bus will be comfy. Booked this on the Easybook app, & it was marketed as having cocoon seat. Googled it & found that the bus looks nice enough so we chose this even though it’s more expensive than other buses. When the bus came, it was a different bus than the one we booked. It’s a Super Nice bus, it looks old with fading logo on the sides, single deck instead of double decker like i booked, 0 sound proof, bad absorber, & get this, THE SEAT CAN’T RECLINE! Asked the driver & he said the ori bus broke down (honestly i dont believe that for a second). Then the bus stopped at another spot & picked up some people which made us realise that this bus picks up people from ulat ticket. I absolutely cannot deal with these types of bus. I’m still on the bus & so far, i can see that the driver drives recklessly (fast, no signal, tailgate other cars, swerve left & right through the traffic DANGEROUSLY to cut traffic & got in a close call many times). I’m praying hard that we’ll arrive safe. I’ve put KBES in my blacklist & i strongly urge others to do the same. I will be lodging a formal complaint. This is ridiculous.
