⚠️ PUBLIC WARNING: KBES (Konsortium Bus Express) ⚠️

I am extremely disappointed and angered by KBES’s unacceptable handling of my refund. My trip was cancelled at the very last minute on the day of travel. On 29 September, KBES promised to process my RM2 refund within 14 working days. On 15 October, I followed up, but the refund remained outstanding. Despite repeated messages and calls, KBES has failed to respond or honour its commitment.

This level of customer service and accountability is simply unacceptable. Think carefully before booking with KBES. Customers deserve reliability, accountability and respect—not last-minute cancellations, broken promises and silence when refunds are due. BE WARNED.

Recommendation: NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
