Knott's Berry Farm – Ride operator

Waited 90 minutes to ride bigfoot rapid when the wait should have 30 to 40. Whomever was on charge of cycling rafts through handicapped area didn't know what she was doing. Every round 5 boats would go in there and be released with zero riders.. I can handle w or 3 on occasion but when you see 5 boats every round you know you're going to wait a very long time! The announcements of making sure your parties are filling boats was comical and offensive! I'm 57 years old and have been coming here since the days of using ticket books. This was the worst experience we've ever had.
