Knott's Berry Farm

I was on the balloon race ride with my 8 month old last Saturday around 9, and it was the first time for both of us, so I didn’t know anything about the ride. And they didn’t mention anything about seatbelts, so I was confused. when they came around, they were so far away that I couldn’t ask for assistance. Not only that, they didn’t mention anything about seatbelts then either, so I figured they weren’t any on the ride. I immediately wanted to get off, but they started the ride. I had a panic attack the whole ride.

I had a terrible experience today (March 31st) with the staff of Hang time Ride at 7:30. I was waiting in line with my two kids and my sister. They had to use the restroom so I exited the line to take them. When we returned they kicked us out of the line for “cutting.” I explained the situation and the staff of the ride was extremely rude. I don’t understand what I was supposed to do, let my kids pee themselves. I wish I could’ve remembered her name. Possibly the worst experiment I’ve had at any theme park. Especially considering there was tons of other parties saving spots and “cutting.” Overall a horrible staff at Hang time. I WILL NOT be returning to knotts. I even have proof we were waiting on line.

The worker Darwin at wipeout was extremely rude to my friend and I, he called me gordita which means chubby girl in spanish and when I went to ask him what he just called me he said it was blondie which was a complete lie. He then started yelling at us and getting hostile when we are minors. It made us really upset and I do not like the disrespect we received from Darwin.
