This website, kmwhisper.com, deserves a 5/5 rating for delivering accurate kits that I used for my two different form 1 projects. However, I must say that I was pretty disappointed with how mediocre the results were. The machining is top-notch, but unfortunately, the design is not suited for non-solvent trap cleaning applications. The modular ones do look pretty sleek, but the performance is exceptionally poor. I cannot believe how much material was used; it's like carrying a brick with you! Additionally, the internal volume is consumed with excessive thickness throughout, which is just plain wasteful. It's about three times thicker than necessary for stainless or Ti.

I tried machining internals to replace the pressed stainless cups, but those cups were just poor-designed for anything other than a 22 pistol application. Unfortunately, the modular one is beyond repair. I even ended up wasting a stamp on the modular one with the cups that screw together. You could use it as a decent flash can, but its design is poor for anything else. I bored it to .060 over projectile size and clipped every cone with a ball nose app that was half the size of the bore. I did my job excellently, you could say.

However, it is time-consuming to indicate every modular piece in a 4-jaw chuck. Nonetheless, I thought that the booster worked pretty swell, and I liked the quality of production. All in all, I would recommend these kits, but be aware that they might not fit your requirements and expectations!
