Paid the first $150 then another $75 after 2 months I cancelled, literally a money grabbing scam. Any person with any sense can do the work they provide themselves with better results. I literally saw no progress or improvements over 60 days and they had full control over my account. When you tell them to cancel they more or less make up bs to get you to stay on the hook a lil longer. I had better results just doig the work myself and it was free. I do not recommend them or their service. They do not offer refunds they literally just take your money and run.

I received a postcard in the mail containing a code to activate my profile, but upon attempting to input the code, the system refused to accept it. This has left my profile inactive and my business without any promotion. Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated and outraged at this blatant disregard for my time, money, and effort.

In my frustration, I contacted PageHub and spoke with someone who asked for my code. After giving them my code, they assured me that my profile would be properly activated and ready for promoting. However, it's been weeks and I have yet to see any progress. It's as if they have taken my money but abandoned their responsibility to their customers.

I'm giving them until the end of the day to get back to me or else I will be filing a claim against them.

They refused to give me a refund and also stated that I couldn't speak to anyone above them because no one was above them! It's all beginning to sound like some sort of elaborate ruse. To top it all off, the person who called me made a mistake and called me from their personal phone instead of from the national number.

In case you were wondering what these supposed listing sites even were, I have attached some screenshots for your reference. However, the number listed on all of them - [protected] - isn't even a real number. Furthermore, none of these unfinished sites even have pictures for business listings. It all seems like a complete sham.

With a high-energy sales pitch, they promised to get me on the "top 3 spots" of Google searches. Being a bit desperate to improve my business, I fell for it and signed up with them. They charged my credit card right away without any confirmation email about their services. Things started to worry me when I received a notification from my Google Biz profile indicating that another user was trying to verify my listing.

After doing some investigation, I discovered that PageHub was not an approved Google partner as they had claimed. I found that they had violated several of Google's policies, such as not submitting a "Working with a third party disclosure notice" in writing before commencing any work. They also did not provide an explanation regarding ownership and management options of my company's online profiles. To make things worse, they did not get my express consent to claim and manage my business listing.

It's important to note that they made it impossible to guarantee placement in a search due to Google algorithms, as they had claimed. Additionally, the other high-ranking companies they said were using their service were not using GetPageHub at all, which I later confirmed.

To resolve this issue, I reported the violation to Google My Business and put my credit card transaction on hold. I also sent an email requesting them to revoke any perceived management rights they feel they have. When I didn't get any response, I called PageHub and instructed them to immediately cease any attempts to manage our profiles online and to discontinue their service. They tried to charge me $99 programming fee, but I remained firm and informed them of their violations and the actions I had already taken. They immediately refunded my money, but the lesson was learned.
