I would like a refund for both times and at least an apology.
I have ordered from this company but the last two yes have refused to give me the 30% off that was advertised. I have contacted them, the first time they said I didn't put in the code and couldn't help me. The second time I took screenshots and told them I would cancel my order if I didn't get the discount again. I contacted them twice on this and have had no response at all.
Return item
I return the items and got the date and invoice number of the return items and i am still bill for the items.
Refund
I placed an order in March 2022 for shoes. They were too big and I returned them. I used your process with the return label. I had been told it was lost, it wasn't there yet, they had no record of it, etc.. The order number [protected] has been returned and I have been asking for a refund of my money for sometime. I keep getting the same message and they will get it done. I am sick of waiting. Your company took my money fast enough. You need to refund my money NOW! I have also sent the Better Business and my lawyer copies of all chats, emails and orders. Just refund my money now!

I ordered a shirt with a skull figure on it as a christmas present. They repeatedly sent me backorder cards. Finally, they send me a shirt that was a black bandana shirt that I did not order. I have called three times asking that they email me a return shipping label, so I could send this shirt back. Each time the representative said they would email me the shipping label, but No shipping label has ever been received and I had to ship at my cost.
Desired outcome: Reverse entire amount on credit card statement as well as refund of shipping charges
Order Status
This is the 2nd year in a row that I ordered Christmas gifts thru King Size and had problems with the order. This year, I ordered pajama pants and slippers ($91.05). I received the pajama pants but no slippers. I was charged $1.99 four times after I placed my order for no apparent reason. I called on 1/19/2022 about the order and the subsequent charges. They said the order for slippers was canceled on 1/3/2022, but I did not cancel the order. This place is a racket. I do not recommend doing business with them.

I paid for 2 day shipping on a monday and didn't receive my order until friday, and your company refuses to refund my order.
It clearlry states when I ordered that the order should arrive within 2 business days if ordered before 3. My order was after 3 so 2 business days would be the 29th or 30th depending on how you count the days. I didn't receive the order until the 31st.
The shipping company even recognized the order was late and told me to get a refund through your company.
Desired outcome: I want my shipping refundded.
Shipping and processing
I do not understand why it takes your company so loing to process and ship items. Everywhere online store ships with in 4 days of order. Amazon next day Dxl 4 days even famous footwear did it in 2 days you took the money out my account ontime you should ship and delivery on time as well. I've done my part when will you do yours. Oh I know you will blame it on covid 19 but if other companies do it you should too.

Returning Merchandise
I placed in order April 2021 did not receive my order until over a month later (which was fine). When we receive the 2 shirts I purchased they were too big. I decided to reorder the 2 shirts different size and since it took so long to ship and paid for express shipping. I then returned the 2 shirts that didn't fit. I ended up received a package back from Kingsize.com stating they couldn't not refund my merchandise since it had been past 60 days from the date of purchase. What is extremely upsetting is it took over a month just to receive my original purchase and they go off the date I placed the order. Not the date I actually received my package.

I placed my order, paid for rush delivery, when received the sleeves were too long, I returned the package the next day. That was a month ago - no refund. Received a confirmation that they received my package 10 days later, email said my refund should take 5-7 business days. Three and a half weeks - no refund.
Filling out a customer service form on their website errors out when you try to send. Waiting on the phone to speak with a human takes over one and a half hours.
This is ridiculous!

No Product
Kingsize emailed they shipped my order 6/14/21 it's 6/24 and still have not received. Attempt to call cust. service and wait time is over 30min. I know the virus has caused problems but this is ridiculous.

An order ([protected]) was placed on May 24, 2021 with a 7-10 day expected arrival. I called yesterday. June 8, and was told "it looked like the items were being shipped that day". The status of the order still shows "not shipped". I think the shipping today answer is used to get people off the phone! I was told KingSize has a shortage of employees in shipping. If that's the case, HIRE MORE! I tried to call the customer service line just now & the recording said they are too busy for more calls to wait & to try again later. What a crock! This isn't the first time KingSize has had delayed shipping or said an item is on backorder. I only keep my account for my son-in-law. The summer shorts for his June birthday will probably be a Christmas gift by the time they get here. I would also give a zero rating if possible.

I ordered $135 worth of shorts and shirts on sale. Five of each on 5-15-21. Today is 6-7-21. 24 days since I ordered. 16 business days since I ordered and the order has still not even shipped yet. The last time I called to check on this order at 14 business days the operator said the only thing she could do to help was cancel the order. I said no I want what I ordered. As I asked her what kind of sense did it make to cancel the order she hung up on me.

On March 5, 2021, I placed an order that I paid $435 for. I was told at the time I placed the order that there was a 7 to 12 day shipping time. I have been monitoring and found that my order still hasn't even shipped yet. I called your helpline today around 8:30 am and they said it would ship today (3/11/21) and arrive in 7 to 12 business days from TODAY, not the 7 to 12 business days from when I placed my order. This is BAD customer service. I doubt I will ever again shop with you unless you can ensure my order arrives by March 23, which is 12 business days from when I placed my order. I would give King Size Direct a ZERO star, if I could! I ordered a jacket in Dec 2020. After finding a better deal (jacket and cost), I wanted to cancel my order. I spoke with a CS rep and was told I couldn't cancel because the order was being processed. I was told to wait until the status updated to "Order ready for shipment". While stalking the site for my update to change, it went directly to "Shipped". So now I COULDN'T cancel! Received the package and went to do a return and come to find out, $9.99 will be deducted from the refund amount for restocking fee! Oh and did I mention, they also sent AND charged me for 2 more of the same jacket and size! So having to ship them back also, now I will be out of $9.99x3! But wait, there's more! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE REWARDS PROGRAM, IT'S A SCAM! You will be charged $15/month to earn money on the items you just paid for! That's right, you purchase items and have to PAY to earn rewards! What a crock of [censored]! By the way, items were returned end of Dec 2020 and I still do not have any of my money back. I was told that it will take 30-45 days for a refund! I am also going to send a letter to your LLC, and EVERY competitor's HQ, and every social Media outlet of your failed attempt at any resolution with instore credit, exchange or partial refund. corduroy pants
I ordered several pair of wide wale corduroy pants and had them altered using my tailor. My husband put on one of the pair and there was a large defect in the crotch. I called customer service asking for a replacement pair and compensation for my tailoring expenses. I was totally denied. I have never seen a reputable business not stand by their products. All discount stores or up to Bloomingdales or Neiman Marcus would have helped me with open arms...even if the pant had been worn or altered. This is a first. And all I wanted was an exchange not a refund. Shame on you!
I will make sure to spread the word what kind of business King Size is and how poorly you treat your customers.

customer service and quality of items
No one should deal with this company. The clothes are overpriced and fade within a few washes. I was a loyal customer for years and out of no where they cut my credit in half. My account was current and well within my credit limit. This company takes advantage of plus size people. Save your money and shop else where like i will be doing from now on
