Disappointing Quality and Fit: My Review of PaulFredrick Shirts
So, I just got some shirts from PaulFredrick and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. I noticed that the length of the shirts has been cut down by a couple of inches compared to the ones I got from them about 5 years ago. Now, I don't know about you, but that's a pretty big difference to me. And let me tell you, it's not a good difference.
When I put on one of the shirts and sat down, the tails of the shirt popped out like nobody's business. It was not a good look, let me tell you. I mean, who wants to look sloppy and unprofessional? Not me, that's for sure.
I decided to compare the shirts I got from PaulFredrick to some I got from Penney's, and let me tell you, the ones from Penney's were 20 dollars cheaper and fit way better. I mean, why would I spend more money on a shirt that doesn't even fit right?
All in all, I don't think I'll be buying from PaulFredrick again. The quality just isn't there anymore, and I don't want to waste my money on something that's not going to last.

Overall, my experience with PaulFredrick.com was not the best. While the website had a good selection of clothing, the sizing and quality of the products were not up to par. Additionally, the customer service I received was less than satisfactory. I would think twice before making another purchase from this website.

Honestly, I've bought plenty of white shirts from other places like J. Banks and Mens Wear House and they've always been better quality and had better customer service. Plus, they were even priced a little better than what I paid for these shirts.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from Paul Fredrick if you're looking for good quality dress shirts. Stick with the other guys who know how to make a shirt that looks good even after you wash it.

I've been doing business with PaulFredrick for a few years now and I gotta say, they've always been pretty good. But my most recent suit was a real bummer. The jacket was fine, but the pants were all wrong. I ordered a 35" waist and a 29" inseam, but the pants I got were marked 35W and were actually 33W. And the length was way shorter than 29". I mean, come on, guys! They say they guarantee the fit, but now they've changed their policy and won't take returns for hemmed pants. What a ripoff! I bought some shirts from Paul Fredrick Co. I got four of them and they looked pretty good when I first got them. But then, when I wore one of them for the third time, the seam around the buttons started to come apart. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help me out.
When I talked to them, they told me that it had been more than 90 days since I bought the shirt, so they couldn't do anything about it. I was pretty surprised by this, because I thought that a company that sells premium products would stand behind their stuff for longer than that. Plus, the shirt had a monogram on it, so they couldn't even put it back in stock.
I mean, seriously? They would put a torn shirt back in stock? That doesn't seem right to me. I was really disappointed by their response, and I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again. I expected better quality and service from a company that claims to be so great.

This company is the worst! I ordered a shirt on the 22nd and got an email on the 23rd saying it was shipped. I needed that shirt for an event and now I was left with nothing.
So, I decided to order another shirt with expedited shipping. But when I received it, I realized I had made a mistake and ordered the standard fit instead of the tailored fit. I immediately called customer service to try and fix the situation, but once again, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I was so frustrated and angry that I couldn't believe how this company was still in business.
Overall, my experience with PaulFredrick was terrible. Their customer service was unhelpful and their policies were inflexible. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never order from them again.
No communication regarding shipping to Hawaii, USA; false advertising
Ordered a shirt on 10/23/22 9:30 pm HST.
Paid for the extra shipping to Hawaii. Paid for Next Day Air/2nd Day Air.
Also paid tax for the extra shipping charge.
Waited an entire day for the shipment.
Finally received a message stating that the item purchased will be delivered by November 1, 2022.
I immediately contacted the company.
I spoke to their customer service agent regarding why the delay on the shipment.
Per the agent's supervisor, "The company does not ship 2nd Day Air to Hawaii."
I told the agent that I need the shirt by Friday for my father's funeral.
The agent refunded my the shipping fee that they charged me.
The website does not contain any shipping restrictions to Hawaii.
False Advertising is a Federal Crime.
Desired outcome: Full refund immediately.
Delivery took longer than they promised
I bought a tie from PaulFredrick as a present for my husband. Before I made my order I contacted PaulFredrick support and asked them how long will it take to get my order. They said that it'll take 2 weeks to deliver to my location and I was ok with that. Still had three weeks until my husbands birthday.
Unfortunately my order did not show up on time and my husband was left without his preset. In total it took them five weeks to deliver and 5 weeks definitely is not 2. I will not buy from this store again because they are highly unprofessional and caused me too much trouble!
Refused to refund my money
I have ordered several shirts from this guys back in January and received them only a week ago! Quality was absolutely disgusting and I immediately contacted PaulFredrick customer care and demanded my money back. They said sorry but there will be no refunds, since it was more than 90 days! And whose fault that was? They were supposed to deliver my stuff in a few weeks, but it took time over three moths and now they refuse to refund me! This site is terrible and I will never ever order anything from these scammers again!
