Men's USA Beware of False Advertising and Nightmare Return Process with this Company!

This company is just terrible! They don't tell you the truth about their products and their return process is a complete nightmare! On their website, they say that they offer "free returns," "unconditional returns," and "free return shipping," but that's all a lie. When you get your order confirmation email, you'll see that they have a different return policy than what they have on their website. And they'll tell you that you "agreed" to this policy during checkout.

When we tried to return the suits that we didn't want, they actually offered us money to keep them! Can you believe that? And when we refused their offer, they told us that we'd have to pay to ship the suits back and also pay a possible restocking fee. And get this, even if they're the ones who made a mistake, like sending you the wrong product or a flawed product, you'll still have to go through this terrible return process.

They also try to trick you into thinking that all their suits are made of 100% wool, but that's not true at all. If you've already had to deal with this company and you need to contact them, don't bother with email. Just call them at ***963 and hit 0 when the automated menu options come up. That'll connect you with a representative right away.

But honestly, we don't think it'll do you any good. Talking to them on the phone is just as frustrating as emailing them. If you haven't done business with them yet, do yourself a favor and stay away. And watch out for their other names, Men's Italy and Men's Tuxedo USA. They're all the same terrible company.

Men's USA Unresponsive to complaint for not reimbursing return shipping for their mistake.

This comes to file a complaint against the vendor MensUSA for failure to comply with my demand to refund the return shipping costs for the return of a mistaken item that they sent, which was unwanted and was priced less than the item I paid for.

11/28/2022 I ordered SKU#11020, a trench coat without a belt for $169 plus shipping for a total of $180. The order showed a photo of the item ordered and paid for.

On or about 12/4/2022 I opened the package I received and found it was the wrong item, SKU#2856, a coat with a belt that sold for $159.

12/5/2022 I emailed the company that the wrong coat was sent and that I wanted to return the wrong item. I indicated that I wanted to get the correct item.

12/5/22 The company responded with an offer of a one time refund of $30 if I would like to keep the item. I responded no thanks. It is the wrong item and requested the return slip/info.

12/6/2022 The company sent an email with return instructions and RMA#RET 20" There was no return shipping label even though it was their mistake.

12/6/2022 I sent the wrong item back to the company via FedEx Ground for a cost of $22.33 for which I demanded credit.

12/28/2023 I filed a fraud complaint with Wells Fargo when I did not get either the correct item or credit for the return shipping.

1/16/2023 I expressed my disappointment in not having heard from the company about correcting the situation.

2/21/2023 I called to follow up with Wells Fargo and they indicated that they were in touch with the company and that I would shortly have $180 credited to my account. However, that amount does not cover the return shipping that I laid out due to the company's error and lack of a return label.

2/22/2023 BBB received my complaint.

3/20/2023 BBB indicated that the company did not respond to my complaint.

I demand the return of the amount of $22.33 for the FedEx charge incurred due to the company's clear mistake.

Men's USA Poor Experience with Men's USA: Multiple Orders with Issues

I've been shopping at Men's USA for a while now, and I have to say, my experience has been less than stellar. I've placed three orders with them, and each time, there's been some kind of issue.

The first time, I ordered a pair of shoes that were listed as "in stock" on their website. After I placed the order, I received three phone calls from them over the course of three days, but they never left a message. When I finally called back, I found out that the shoes had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Why were they still listed as "in stock" on the website, then? It was frustrating to say the least.

The second time, I ordered an overcoat. They kept telling me it was being shipped, but it never arrived. I had to cancel the order because they didn't meet my deadline. Eventually, I reordered the coat and did receive it, but the detachable fur collar was missing. I had to call them to get it sent to me separately.

The most recent issue was with a suit and tie I ordered. When the package arrived, there was no tie in the box. I called them and was told they would ship it to me. A week later, I still hadn't received it, so I called again. This time, they claimed to know nothing about it. They promised to ship the tie and give me a tracking number, but I'm still waiting for that tracking number.

It's frustrating that they can't seem to get their act together. It shouldn't be that hard to make sure everything is in the box and to tell the truth about shipping times. Their customer service is terrible, and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.

Men's USA Terrible Experience with Men's USA: Delayed Shipping, Substituted Items, and No Customer Service

I've bought stuff from Men's USA before and it was all good. I ordered a sport jacket and they said it would come in 4 business days. I tried to track it but nothing came up. After a week, they sent me an email saying they didn't have my jacket and offered me something else in a different color. I didn't like it, so I picked something else from TuxedoUSA, one of their other sites. They said they'd ship it, but after another week, I still didn't get any tracking info. So I called and they said they didn't have that one either, but they had something similar without a satin lapel. I asked for a picture, but they said they couldn't send one. I was getting tired of waiting, so I agreed to the substitute. But it's been another week and I still haven't gotten my jacket or any tracking info. I've sent them a bunch of emails, but they haven't answered any of them. This is the last time I'm buying from them and I'm gonna tell everyone I know not to buy from them either.

I own a business too, and I know that the most important thing is making sure your customers are happy. If you do that, the money will come. Men's USA didn't do that for me, so I'm not gonna give them any more of my money.

Men's USA Disrespectful and Rude Customer Service Experience with Men's USA: A Warning to Potential Customers

I recently reached out to Men's USA regarding an order I had placed. Unfortunately, the item I had ordered was no longer in stock and I was not refunded. I spoke with a representative named Vanessa who put me on hold for a lengthy 20 minutes. When she finally returned, there was no acknowledgement or apology for the long wait. I provided her with my information for the refund, but things quickly took a turn for the worse.

Vanessa became very disrespectful and rude when I asked why it was taking so long to receive my reimbursement. She was loud and obnoxious, and when I tried to explain my frustration, she simply repeated her behavior. I even tried to quote the fair debts collection act to her, but she continued to be rude and unhelpful. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she claimed to be the supervisor and hung up on me.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from Men's USA and Vanessa. As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. Without us, businesses like Men's USA would not exist and their employees would not have jobs. It is unacceptable for a representative to behave in such a manner, and I will be sharing my experience with others on social media, with family, friends, co-workers, and even in my community at churches, mosques, and military comrades.

It is important that we hold businesses accountable for their actions and refuse to spend our hard-earned money with those who do not respect us. Vanessa's behavior is likely a pattern that she is used to displaying, and it is unacceptable. I can only imagine how she treats customers in her own community in Los Angeles, California. Thank you, Vanessa, for your disrespect and for showing me that Men's USA is not a business that values its customers.

Men's USA Disappointing Quality and Return Policy: Men's USA Coat Review

I recently bought a coat for my husband from Men's USA and was disappointed with the quality. I thought it was a cashmere/wool blend, but it felt more like felt fabric. The texture was completely different from my husband's other cashmere/wool blend coat. To make matters worse, there was a hole in one of the pockets when my husband tried it on.

I immediately called Men's USA to find out their return policy. The guy on the phone tried to convince me to exchange it for something else instead of returning it. It took a while for him to understand that I just wanted a refund. He seemed annoyed and finally agreed to send me an email with the return instructions.

When I checked my account later, I noticed that the refund was not for the full amount. I called Men's USA again and the girl on the line told me that they only waive the restock fee if pictures of the damage are sent along with the tracking number. I was frustrated because the guy on the phone never mentioned this to me. The girl waived the restock fee because I was unhappy, but they kept the shipping cost for them to ship it to me. So, we ended up losing $40 because of their return policy.

I would not recommend Men's USA to anyone. It's not worth your energy, time, or money. We won't be shopping here again.

Men's USA Terrible Experience with Men's USA: Late Delivery, Hassle with Returns, and Extra Charges

I had a really bad experience with Men's USA. I ordered two jackets as a Christmas gift last year, but they didn't arrive in time for the big day. I was really disappointed, but I thought it was no big deal, I would just return them and get my money back. But that turned out to be a huge hassle.

When I contacted the company to return the jackets, they wanted me to take a credit and buy something else from them. I didn't want to do that, so I kept asking my husband to look through the website to find something else to buy. But he couldn't find anything he liked, so I kept emailing the company to get a return authorization.

Finally, I got the authorization, but then Covid happened and we weren't allowed to leave home. When it was finally OK to return to work and get the jackets shipped, the company emailed me that I was "too late." I couldn't believe it! Then, they emailed again to ask if it was OK to charge my card to send back the jackets I'd returned. I said no, explained the delay, but did not get a response. Instead, the jackets just came back.

Now I am out the original purchase price and an additional $72.19 for the return shipping. It's really frustrating and I wish I had seen the horrible reviews before I tried buying anything from this company. No matter what product you see on their website, try to buy it from a reputable company that wants you to be happy. Men's USA is not that company.

Men's USA Disappointing Experience with Men's USA: Missing Jacket, Failed Promises, and Rude Customer Support

I recently had an experience with Men's USA (mensusa.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a jacket and shirt for a wedding weeks in advance, but when the shirt arrived, there was no jacket to be found. I checked the customer website, which stated that items could be shipped from different locations, so I waited a few days before calling to inquire about the missing jacket.

To my surprise, I was informed that they did not have the jacket I had ordered. I asked if there was anything similar available, but received no reply. I called again, only to be told that there was nothing similar in my size. I was upset that no one had bothered to call me to inform me of the issue, and I had to do all the calling myself.

Eventually, the owner called me and offered to upgrade me to a full suit at a discounted price, which I agreed to. However, the suit did not arrive as promised. I called again and was told that it had missed being shipped, but they would send it out overnight and call me with tracking information. Once again, I received no call and had to follow up myself.

This time, I spoke with a manager named Isaiah, who assured me that the suit would be shipped out overnight and that I would receive tracking information by 8pm. If there were any issues, I could email him and he would help me the next day. However, once again, I received no tracking information and no suit. When I called to inquire, I was met with a very rude customer support person named Maggie, who was unhelpful and refused to give me shipping information. She promised to email me, but once again, I received no email, no suit, and no apology.

Now, I am scrambling to find clothes for the wedding in just two days. I would strongly advise against buying from Men's USA, as they clearly do not care about their customers or the impact their mistakes can have on special events. To make matters worse, the original jacket in my size is still available on their website, meaning that someone else may have the same problem in the future.

After speaking with a supervisor named Rico, he promised to ship out another jacket and I agreed to pay the overnight shipping cost of $75. However, when I received the replacement jacket, it was not only the wrong size but also a bright red color instead of the blush pink I had ordered. I immediately contacted the company to return the item, but I was met with terrible customer service. I was hung up on multiple times, given incorrect information, and even yelled at.

To make matters worse, I was charged $40 for the overnight shipping of the replacement jacket, $20 to return the wrong item, and a $15 restocking fee for an item that I never even took out of the plastic. The total cost of my jacket was $175, but after deducting the shipping and restocking fees, I was left with a loss.

Due to the poor quality of customer service and the overall negative experience, I had to purchase a tuxedo from a local store at the last minute and wear the same one as my groomsmen. I would never do business with Men's USA again and I strongly advise others to avoid this company as well.

Men's USA Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Men's USA - A Two Star Review

I recently made a purchase from Men's USA (mensusa.com) and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received. I ordered a tuxedo over the phone and the photo online showed a coat with tails, pants, vest, shirt, and bow tie. However, the agent informed me that the price given was only for the coat and pants. I agreed to this and the agent priced the other three items separately, which I also approved.

To my surprise, the order arrived very quickly and everything fit perfectly except for the vest. The vest was sent in a size 42 Long, while everything else was correct at 42R. I immediately emailed the company as directed, expecting them to instruct me on how to return the incorrect vest and have them send the correct size. However, the response I received was very curt and unhelpful. They informed me that they only accept returns on whole sets and that I would have to get the vest tailored to my size at my own expense.

This was very frustrating for me, as the agent who took my original order had informed me that only the coat and pants were a set. It seemed like a simple request to send me the correct size vest and have me return the wrong one, but the company refused to help me. This experience left me with the impression that Men's USA has no sense of customer service and does not care about their customers. At least not online or over the phone.

I was disappointed that this could have been an easy and inexpensive fix for them, but instead I was left with an incorrect item and no help from the company. I will not be ordering from them again. I gave them two stars because the items that were correct fit well and I was happy with them, but the poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Men's USA Terrible Experience with Men's USA: Wrong Pricing, Late Delivery, and Poor Customer Service

I had a really bad experience with Men's USA. I spoke with Jonas, who is supposed to be the wholesale manager, and the owner, Alberto. I placed an order on a Saturday and ended up having to pay an additional $10 per suit because Jonas gave me the wrong price. They wouldn't honor the price they quoted me. I confirmed on Monday that I needed the suits to be shipped in two days because I needed them for a wedding on Friday. I even paid extra for the two-day shipping. But on Thursday, I still hadn't received my order. I asked for a refund and a FedEx return label, but I didn't receive any correspondence from Jonas. I escalated the issue on Friday, but still didn't receive an apology or any correspondence. On Saturday, I requested a refund and a return label, but I didn't receive a response. When I called on Monday, Jonas ignored my call and let it go to voicemail. I called the main number and he miraculously answered. He acted like he didn't know anything and then gave me to Alberto, who was unyielding. He told me to return the suits at my own cost for a refund and then hung up on me. As a local, small business retailer, we lost money doing business with this company. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from them.

Men's USA Disappointing Experience with Men's USA: Unresponsive and Dishonest Business Practices

I recently bought a suit from Men's USA and was disappointed with my experience. After making my purchase, I received a notification that my item had been shipped via FedEx. However, when I checked the tracking information a week later, I discovered that the item had never been picked up. I reached out to the company multiple times, but their responses were unhelpful and they never followed up with me as promised.

I decided to contact FedEx directly to see if they could provide any insight into the situation. They informed me that the store had never called for pick up and that simply creating a shipping label does not guarantee that the item has been shipped. I reached out to Men's USA again with this information, but they stopped responding to my emails altogether.

Feeling frustrated and taken advantage of, I decided to do some research on the company. To my dismay, I found numerous one-star reviews from customers who had experienced similar issues. Many reported that Men's USA had taken their money and failed to ship their items, or had shipped the wrong item and then charged them restocking fees and additional shipping charges to correct their mistake.

I ultimately decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company, as I never received the item I paid for and Men's USA was unresponsive and dishonest in their dealings with me. I believe that businesses like this should not be allowed to continue operating, and I urge others to avoid purchasing from them in the future.

In conclusion, my experience with Men's USA was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their lack of communication, dishonesty, and poor business practices are unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

Men's USA ALL Three Items Sent By menusa Are NOT What I Ordered

Place my order online on April 23, 2022. Order 3 pleated dress pants. Paid extra to have them shipped to Canada. Their website says to check back in 3 days for tracking. Checked for 7 straight days. Finally called and they confirmed items would be shipped that Friday. Already a week late by this time. Received tracking number a week later. Supposed to have arrive on May 2, 2022. Delivery date changed 3 times. Finally received on May 6th, 2022.

Opened the package. All 3 pants were advertised as NO HELM. All 3 pants had hems. I ordered charcoal grey. Color was a very light grey. I ordered Navy, 65% polyester. Navy pants was 100% wool. Ordered black size 38 waist. Size was a 38 LARGE that was 2 TIMES my leg size. All 3 items are useless to me.

Their website says to email for refunds. I have emailed them in total since my purchase ELEVEN TIMES. THEY DID NOT ANSWER ONCE. I called them and now they want me to return the items AT MY EXPENSE. They messed up on ALL THREE ITEMS and yet they want me to pay to return. HUNDREDS of reviews state even after returning, clients never are refunded.

Desired outcome: I want my money refunded in full.

Men's USA Bad advertising of colors, poor quality products

Ordered what was pictured as a bright Green vest and pants for kid's prom, as well as a solid color shirt that should have been "free" as advertised.

What was delivered was nearly black it was so dark. Shirt didn't arrive until a week after the vest and pants, too late for prom.

Contacted this scam company to complain about the vest and pants, they offered to let me keep them with a 30% discount. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me since the wrong thing, even discounted, is still the wrong thing!

They then insisted that they sent everything exactly as ordered, even though the description clearly states "GREEN"

This company is clearly a fraud and has many other shell sites as well, so beware in dealing with them or any others like them.

Desired outcome: Full refund of my money. I'm not taking a financial hit on my return due to their error

Men's USA Buy 2 suit from mens usa

In March 21 /22 I order 2 suite from the website then I receive email from the store saying we not have the 2 suit I reply to the email to ask for my refund back and No respond to me when I call 4 time to ask for my money they hung on me

Very very bad customer service I am never buy from this store again or any one I know will.

How you keep my money all this time and you don’t have my order. I will report to the consumer department in Washington DC with all the documents I have .

Men's USA Rude and short customer service person (Sandy)

I called regarding a suit I was purchasing in which I got a text message about.The customer service person who said her name was Sandy was short and very rude. I also asked to speak with a supervisor in which she replied she was the supervisor, which I doubt she was as she knew that I wanted to report her because I mentioned to her how rude she was being. This Tux was for my Daughters Wedding and I wanted to make sure it was right. I didn't want to purchase the suit I ended up with because it was above budget and was 40.00 more than the original suit I was purchasing...I see there are several complaints about rudeness with this company. I buy a lot of items for my husband online and thought I had found a company with integrity but that was not the case. I Would appreciate patience and exceptional or adequate service when I'm spending my money to buy a product and especially when it's on line. This company has lost my business and all those that I was planning to refer to them as I really liked the suits advertised on the site and know several others that are looking for a reputable company to purchase mens attire.

Men's USA Customer Service Rep.

Jessica was rude and interruptive. I tried to explain to her what my situation was and what the other representative told me yesterday, on 10/27. She
Insisted it was my responsibility to call FedEx when her coworker told me to call back today for resolution. When I asked to speak with someone else, she denied my request and stated no one else was available. I explained to her that I had paid an additional $50 for next day shipping and the tracking information that was sent to me has delivery pending for Tuesday 11/3. I needed the jacket by 10/30.

Desired outcome: 100% refund and cancellation of order, as indicated by representative I spoke to on 10/26.

Men's USA Returns

I purchased a 3 piece suit. They charged men the price+free shipping+$10 for something. The pants and coat did not fit. I sent several emails and did not get a response for many business days. I tried to call during their business hours but no one ever answered. I ask for a RMA and days later they informed me that It could not be returned even though they have a 100% fit guarantee. I had to turn it over to my credit card company before they would agree to allow me to return it. I sent it back in the original box and all the tags and everything was still on there. They only refunded part of the suit price even though it was exactly like it was sent an even returned in the same box. I will never buy anything from this Shady and crooked company again. DO NOT buy anything from Mensusa.com, go to some other website or risk getting cheated by this company.
