Bought a cool Fashion Hat from Contempo Suits on 10/24/22. But when I got it, I wasn't too happy with the quality. So I sent it back (with insurance ***) using their return policy on 11/09/22. But now it's been a while and I haven't heard anything from them. No refund, no message, nothing.
Have you contacted us concerning your return package with a tracking number to confirm we received it? Our number is [protected]. Why would you write us a bad review before contacting us first?

I bought some stuff from Contempo Suits on 6/22. I paid $99.93 for two shirt sets, hanker chief, and tie. But they sent me the wrong tie color and design for both shirts and the shirts were too big. I asked for a refund, but they said they weren't responsible for the tie and color being the same as advertised. I said that wasn't written anywhere in the agreement and we argued back and forth. I asked to speak with the manager, but he said the same thing. They offered to refund me, but only if I pay for shipping again. I said no way because of false advertisement and the irregular over large size. I told them it was their fault, so they should pay for shipping.
I am sorry but the product clearly stated that the tie set that comes with the shirt will match the shirt but will not be the one as shown because the manufacturer changes the patterns often. We only provide a return label if you received the wrong item.
