King's Transfer Van Lines

I moved on August 31st from Dorval to Pincourt. The movers broke my kitchen table and said they would fix it later. They also hit my TV screen and now the top 1/3 doesn't work. I gave them the original box, but they didn't use it. They wrapped it in a blanket and didn't remove it. I sent an email with photos of the TV, but they don't want to pay to replace it. They offered me 1/3 of the cost to replace it. I paid for insurance in the moving contract. They overcharged me for the move too. I paid $3,000 for the move. I want them to pay to replace my TV. They've been in business for 100 years, but they won't do the right thing. The price to replace my TV is $1,508.46. I sent them all the information. I'm so stressed. I don't want to talk to them anymore. I sent this message to a small claims lawyer on neolegal.
