They were late by two days due to a truck issue, incurring extra hotel costs for my friend. They left nine boxes in storage, demanding $5,552 for the rest, claiming excessive weight. I disputed but got no breakdown. Despite paying $1,000 more, they're unresponsive and threatening to sell my belongings.
