Joey's Movers of Evanston

I hired Joey's Movers in April 2022 to move my stuff from one place to another. I put some important things like a watch, bracelet, and diamond earrings in my backpack. I wanted to take them with me in my car instead of letting the movers handle them. But I forgot my backpack in a room where the movers were working. When I came back, the earrings were gone. I told the moving company and they made me fill out a form. They said they have 120 days to look into it. It's been more than 120 days now and they haven't done anything. I think someone from the moving team took my earrings. I want Joey's Movers to pay me back for the earrings. I gave them the receipt from when I bought them. Thanks.
