I was playing and had 30 gold bars in my piggy bank. As it was full with the number of bars, I collected the bars and was supposed to be charged 2.99 The problem is that you charged me the 2.99 twice. Order Number: [protected], Order Number: [protected]. I reached out to you through the system and received a few days later an email stating that I did not answer. I replied that I did not receive the email and requested another reply but did get the same email a few days later that I did not reply. I received the emails that you closed the case but did not receive the any with questions. The conversation was

This is an automated mail from King Customer Care regarding ticket [protected]

Hi Annemarie,

We contacted you a few days ago about a question that you had.

As we haven’t heard back from you, we’ll go ahead and close the ticket now. If you do still need anything regarding this issue at all, please reply to this message and we’ll get right back to you.

I said that I did not get the first one but just received the same replay a few days later.

As this now happened twice it looks to me that this is just the reply to not looks at it...

Desired outcome: I would like to receive a refund or get the additional 30 gold bars I paid for.<span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span>
