I went to my neighborhood KFC to pickup a late dinner after my sons game we ordered 4 fill up boxes 1 two legs Krispy mashed and gravy which was corn and no biscuit, 1 was breast and wing original which was krispy side of mashed which was cole slaw that I don't even eat, the next was supposed to be two thighs original well done and mashed well I ended up with krispy with corn. The last one was the number 15 with mashed which was coke slaw and again no biscuit or cookie was in any order. So I called the store and spoke with a young lady that took my information told me she wrote it in some book that would change out in two weeks so keep my receipt which I did. Today I went to get a chicken pop pie and to get my order replaced well the manager on duty on 9/25/2019 was not pleasant at all he told me he couldn't replace my orders even though I had my receipt because he didn't see my name in the book I explained to him the situation he said I can only replace one even though there was three dinners that was incorrect. I told him that I felt that wasn't fair and it's not my fault that his staff made my order incorrect and I had no control of the employee not writing the information she gathered from me in the book. I'm a very loyal KFC customer just today before I went to get my replacement dinners I was there getting a famous bowl and when I went to get my replacement order I purchased a pot pie and the other dinners that was not replaced I told the manager that I would be doing a complaint and he said to do what I had to do so after I finish this complaint I will use my gift to gab to tell all my family, friends, congregation, and students not to frequent this establishment. He also said I should have kept the food until I was able to return it even though it was our dinner we paid correct cash for.
