KeyBank review: Checking & savings account fraud as well as really rude treatment at branch

(1) When I initially opened accounts at Battlecreek branch in Salem, Or., I was denied the advertised $300 for new accounts.

(2) When I asked for this credit that never appeared, branch manager was nothing but rude and treated me with complete DISDAIN!

(3) Oct. 2020- I discovered that I have been "removed" of $7, 239.17 by fraudulent transactions by something called "worldremit". None of these transactions were initiated by anyone authorized to use these accounts.
So far, your fraud dept. has no intention of providing me any relief.
The above mentioned branch manager, (Ryan Mosgrove) really out did his last attempt to upset me throughout the painful process of reporting this.
I have no doubt that this person holds the record of "worst" customer service in my 58 years. I have filed multiple complaints with Key Bank against this... person. You can read all about others with similar stories @ google reviews for one.
