KENT RO Systems Complaint of the Service Representative

I made a service call for my Kent R.O.; my request number is [protected].

The technician was very rude and was not ready to come at the time that I gave him. When I asked him to go at around 5 in the evening... he said, "I reach home by 5.30 pm every day, so how can I come at 5 pm?".

Although he came, he was showing attitude... and said: "Dekh lo jo karna hai kar lo"...

I would like to know if your technicians are that rude and ill-mannered. I am hoping you will take some action against this... Let's see if you do so...

KENT RO Systems Kent RO System

My Registered Mobile No.[protected] Name Mrs.Shalini Arora

My Kent RO System was not working and I filed a complaint on Kent Customer care no.[protected]. An engineer visited our house and checked the machine. He informed that filters of the machine were to be changed to sort out the problem. He changed all the filters and charged Rs.5435/- for the same. After that, water with bad taste started coming. I complained about the same. Again same engineer came and checked but he could not resolve the issue. I contacted customer care to informed about this. They sent another engineer but he also could not solve the problem of bad water taste.

Now since the problem is still there and no one from Kent RO company has resolved the issue as above, I would like to get my money back i.e. Rs.5435/- paid online, as soon as possible.

KENT RO Systems Kent RO supreme

High TDS Alarm is not provided in kent RO. Alarm is provided for changing filter/cartridge. This alarm comes when water consumption/processed reached to a pre set quantity.

In my RO there was no alarm but high TDS observed.

On complaint mechanic replaced all cartridges for approx. Rs 5000.

This means you have to check TDS regularly by yourself. You can't rely on kent RO .

Further, service is meant for replacement of costlier parts frequently on every visit.

I can not recommend to purchase Kent RO.

Desired outcome: 1. Alarm must be incorporated in RO for high TDS2. Action must be taken on service center who are looting by way of charging on changing parts, not required to replace and replacing parts in every visit.

It is feedback about the service request [protected]

As I am not satisfied, I did not give the OTP to the service engineer, but it seems he closed the ticket anyways.

The SMPS and Pump were changed last time the engineer visited in July 2022, and this time also as soon as he opened the system, the engineer immediately said both SMPS and Pump are problematic and he replaced with new one. He charged 5885/- on July 8th 2022 and charged 5050/- this time and both the time he replaced the same part.

I am not sure if they are original Kent products. I tried to check, the part number is of 10digits, and system is expecting 15digits.

I am totally un-satisfied with the speed he performed the service, even the TDS checking he is in a hurry. There is not service that he provided and not sure why he charged 300/-.

I have taken AMC today, and would continue to be a customer of Kent, but I want someone to check the parts replaced are original and faulty and need full refund, if they are not.

Respected sir,

my kent RO Grand plus KR1811001257 and register mobile number [protected]. Technician visited and after investigation, he changed sediment & SV but sound still beeping. Moreover, water leakage from new sediment filter started. While my sediment filter and sv was good. He made me fool and did not solve my problem on 31th march 2023. Kindly resolve my problem. When I purchased I thought they used good technology that's y bought kent.. But they are providing bad service.. Technology is good but without good technicians it is useless only.2 months back changed all filters including RO.. Again beep sound coming.. It's big headache..bad bad purifier

KENT RO Systems Continuous beep sound

There has been continuous beep sound from the RO and on calling the technician he said u need to replace the filters and then only the machine will work. This is simply intimidating the customer to pay for the filters. They haven't been used properly and why should i get it replaced. Stop being a thug. I am not having water at home and taking gallons from outside. Thnq for Pathetic experience

This is not their best product, not worth buying for the given price. Broke after 10 days, the replacement or refund also isn't properly done. Disappointing product is given by such a reputed brand, don't buy.

KENT RO Systems Filter not working / long beep sound

I have Kent Prime RO system at my home. The problem has started from two weeks ago when my RO has stopped working suddenly. I had registered a repair and service request to customer care. The technician visited and changed all the filters that costed me around 4k+ service charge. Now after two days my filter has started producing a continuous beep sound and stopped working again. I have contacted customer care for the problem but recieved no response from their side. Please register my complaint and help me to resolve this problem at earliest.

To whom may it concern

I have purchased Kent Ro Water purifier from two years now but it cannot work smoothly every time it gets to stop working or some time it cost me to more than rs.2000 to change the filter or other things. Kent RO is the pathetic water ro system and his after-sales service is much more pathetic they come to visit your door and charge you an rs.300 without doing anything and after finding any problem they charge you even more without giving any receipts or proof of service. But now currently my ro is stop working and producing long beep sound .

KENT RO Systems kent grand plus

I had brought kent grand plus two years back. After 6 months it started giving problems. During warranty period three major parts have been changed. But it contenously giving problem. I have already spent 8000+ for the machine in two years. My local service centre is "smart service" at haldia. Add is 1no hpl link road, manjushree, khudiram square. Po - khanjanchak, pin - 721602.
The indicent behaviour of the service people. They think they r the boss. They demand different charge for different time and persons. There is a big? Mark abt there knowledge also. Every time they change at least two parts telling "it has to be change"..
As a bonafied customer, I am humaliteted every time.
Don't know whether I will get justice or not.

KENT RO Systems unprofessional behavior and after sales service

People at the service center is unprofessional. When called them they speak as if they are the boss of the company. There is no standard call recording mechanism to ensure the quality of the service center personnel.

They don't know English. All they know is only Hindi. If some one is questioning them they will disconnect your call and will never receive your call even after multiple attempts.

They are not ready to take the complaint from the customer and not at all bothered to to do their own duty.

They did not come for maintenance service at all. It's been 3 Years the system has been purchased.

They will call you and say they are coming for service. and they will close the ticket in the evening without even visiting the home.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE.

KENT RO Systems excel model of kent ro water purifier

Kent Ro system provides poor services don't ever trust them.here in mohali their dealer Gurdeep singh from sewak traders phase1 mohali punjab didn't put activated carbon filter in my ro system from past one year or more than that.wr were drinking dirty water during this period .we were not aware of that.after requesting this dealer instead of feeling sorry he was asking for service charges and money for carbon filter.niw i will go to consumer forum with all the documentaion and proofs.i will also go to RTI against the dealer as well as kent company

KENT RO Systems company is cancelling my service request

I have complained for service request 3 times as of now, but they are cancelling my request again and again, what a kind of response to a customer given by the company, , please solve this issue
My request number [protected] has been cancelled, and also my previous service complaints have been cancelled.
why for a customer requesting a service request and the company is often cancelling?. is it a response from a top company to behave with its customer.I have complained for service request 3 times as of now, but they are cancelling my request again and again, what a kind of response to a customer given by the company,
the MD of my pin code 600054 dealer Mr. Dakshnamurthy is speaking vulgar words that he will not come to check my machine as i did not pay a sediment filter cost of Rs.500 last time, at the time of demo, only he told the machine has 1 year warranty, it is his fault on demo that he failed to inform me only 6 months warranty for 2 of the filters in the machine, and now he is cancelling my request on service. please help me out in this case, such a dealer like this is making the company's name and logo to suppress like anything

KENT RO Systems ro water purifier

I purchased a kent ro water purifier about three years back from army canteen.

Few days back, the filter etc. Of the system were changed by a technician of the company on our request and the required amount was paid to him. Till that time it was working properly.

Recently the system started giving trouble. A complaint was lodged vide complaint number [protected] and company’s technician mr. Pradeep visited us on 9th february, 2017 and checked it. It was found that the motor had developed water leakage problem.

The technician advised us to replace the motor with a new one whereas we think that the problem of water leakage could have been repaired easily by putting in a proper gasket or sealant or whatever but their theory of “not repairable” can not at all be digested. But since the technician did not agree for repairs we had no alternative and finally the motor was replaced after charging rs.2700/- from us.

Kent ro company is actually fitting such kind of defective motors in the ro systems intentionally and they have probably given standing instructions to their service providers to replace the motors in case of any problem and not repair. The clear motive is to make money.

Electric motor is a very simple machine and is used in so many areas like submersible pumps, fans and so on and we all know that these motors are working years and years without any problem. However, even if there happens any problem, then it is easily repaired

I have lodged a complaint with the kent ro company in this regard but the company has not done anything to resolve my complaint.

KENT RO Systems water purifier

I purchased a KENT RO water purifier about three years back from Army Canteen.

KENT RO Systems kent ace mineral 7

Kent Ace 7 RO is making a continuous beep... It has been one year only & being a small family, my usages of RO is very less... so why it's giving beep signal... I assume it's asking me to change the filter but why I have to change it so early while I am using an external filter also... this external filter was recommended by person who came for installation & demo of product after purchase...

Request someone to help me please...

KENT RO Systems continuous problems since last 6 months in kent grand+ ro (this time continuous beeping sound)

Hello, I had purchased a Kent RO (Serial no:KR140401086 ) in Sept 2014. However, since march 2016, I have spent Rs. 6200+ on it. I get a problem almost every month. In fact, when Kent sent me a person from an "authorized" service center, he told me to call him directly if any problem occurs, to resolve it quickly. Seems like he cheated, since Kent does not have records of my sequential problems. Also, if an "authorized" person tells me something, I would think he represents Kent. Anyway, I am attaching all my bills in last 6 months.

If Kent RO costs me 6k+ in maintenance in 6 months, it'll cost me more than the RO itself in a year and half. This is ridiculous at its extreme. Now I am getting a continuous beep sound when I changed the filter in March itself. If Kent charges me anything, I will throw it in the deepest pit of hell (which we call our dustbin) and revert back to mineral water.
