Site 44. $81 site, not maintained. Mowed, but neighbor lawn not mowed.
Trees on each side, branches in way of slide outs. Do not want my RV scratched by untrimmed trees. We trimmed a few spots so we could open slides without damage. Jill drove by and said she would send the maintenance man. He came by, did not say anything or pick up branches, left. We still cannot put sun shades out, no room for tree branches.
They called two hours later and said I damaged the site and charged my cc $100 without discussing it with me. My husband said come here, look and talk to me face to face, they said they would get the mgr and come by, they did not come.

Claimed loss: $100

Desired outcome: Refund my $100 unapproved charge and compensate me for complaints of sewer not clean, working, able to hook up. No response in 6 hours.

They called the next day and said the office girl and the manager would come. An obese man, stunk, holes in knee highs, ragged dirty shirt, uncombed greasy hair, said his name was Brad. He said I should come to the office and sign the $100 charge, I said I will not be signing that unauthorized charge. He said then we should leave within the hour. It was 1:45 pm and we had paid for the night, from a previous reservation. He was willing to call the police if we did not leave.
At no time was he nice, trying to make the customer satisfied or wanting to find an amicable solution. He said sign the receipt for $100 and we could stay the second paid for night or forfeit the second night and get out now. No refund.
We were gone at 2:30 pm.
