We were charged full price. Despite not having access to water in any way shape or form, no water to drink, no water to shower or clean ourselves, no water to even flush the toilets. We did stay the night because of our exhaustion. After a long day on the road. We sincerely expected better from a koa. It is fall. We were not expecting any pool experience or other activities. Just a clean place where we could spend the night in tranquility.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement or 2 free night stay at othe KOA of our choice in Canada
