KamaGames review: Incorrect payment

I’ve been playing KAMA games since 2019. I’ve noticed bad connection to the servers. I am in tier 7 and suppose to get VIP support. Most of the time when I contact the support team I get an automated message saying thank you for contacting the support team. Today and other times I get no message. I notice that because I had over 3billion chips and my game was acting weird. I could see the screen move to the side and it was saying connecting you over and over again. It was slow icon or image acting up. So I contacted them. No response. So I had to email the managers before I could get a response. It took over 10 minutes. First what does VIP support mean? 2) they tell me I have to get a new wifi service so I can get a better connection. They don’t even tell me which wifi service company works with the server. I’ve paid alot of money to play this game and I don’t understand why they collect my money if my connection is not reliable. I’ve tried it all. I think it’s false advertising and bad service if they take my money knowing I can’t connect to their server legally. If it’s a problem why are they accepting the cash? Sometimes it works. I think it’s a lie. 3) It seems like I get capped off after buying chips. I will automatically go from loosing every hand then buying chips and start winning. Then all of a sudden get connecting issues and start loosing everything. How is that fair? 4) the rules are we have to be fair but does it require them to be fair also? 5) there’s a lot of other things that the game does that it seems like it’s false advertising. 6) I have lots of video or pictures of this and their responses. I am saving them to support what I’m talking about. I I would like to file a claim in court or to seek legal advise . Is there anything I could do? 7)also I’ve noticed when I’m go to the Texas card game when I am looking for a table in the 9 player games every dollar table is empty . There’s no table to play. That seems like I’m not playing in the server.. 8) when I don’t get the automated message that shows I’m not in their server. I have pictures too. 8)also this game is so addicting that I do love to play it it’s just that it’s also frustrating and I feel like I’m being used and abused. There is some other things I’ve noticed but will if someone is interested in. I have more to say about matter. Thank you 1/16/2026
