never recieved poker chips
I have purchased chips throught Pokerist-chips.com i transferred funds from my credit card in the amount of $44.04 its been 3 days so far & all i have got from there online 24/7 chat room is
1) Our Agent is not in to transfer they Pokerchips into you account
2) My manager is not in so you will have to wait 24 hours
3) Our Service Shift is over now
4) The money has been transferred into your account it will take 3 working days or 24 hours or 20-30mins
i spoke to 4 different Representitives at once Ally L, Nancy G, Echo Z, or Geremy S all these people gave me the same excuses
- We have recieved your payment thankyou
-can i have you email, username & password
I have made a complaint to the PayPal dispute complaints as they seemed to be the only ones who seem to answer my emails, or give me results not excuses (please if anybody has made a dispute please comment)

on 4/26 and 4/27 I purchased 100.00 which gave me 150 millon chips. Both these transactions had a promise of 100% bouns. This would have egualed a doubling of the 150 millon chips. On nether transaction was this bouns applied. I hope this will be takn care off as I will file a dispute wih credit card provider. I have tried numerous times and provided all information asked for without any reply. Thank You.

I would like to file a class action lawsuit against this company. They prey on people addicted to gambling. The app is rigged. I have played for many years, won and lost, fairly, purchased and recieved incentives to continue playing from kama. I feel they are unjustly making a profit on peoples addiction.

May 12, 2023 i purchased an event pass together with 560M chips. I received only 84 million. I played blackjack and the dealer got a blackjack 4 times in a row! Which us very impossible to find. Stay away from this app as they wont even refund your purchase! Be awareee and stay awayy!

if you bought chips make sure you cancel your credit card cause they will charge you. After paying the 50.00 like you they never replied either then after 8 days looked at my statement there was 9.99 from them again. i cancelled them and thank god my card is gonna get credited from them stupid people
