Solitaire Cash They only want big money players. Scam....

Scam, only wants big money players. I played game for a few months. Never expected to win much money. Just doing it for fun. I was playing the game and I don't know what happened but the next thing you know it I paid them $75. I don't gamble on games like that because I know it's just a loss. Complained, threaten to report them to Better Business Bureau if they did not refund my money. They refunded it but they said I I could only play with gems and they would restrict me from playing with the money games to avoid any further errors. I thought that's fine. They would not allow me to play the gem game to win money. They told me I was restricted from that. But then they said I could play any gem games. So I tried to play the free roll with $1,200 gems and they wouldn't let me it kept blocking me. I complained and they won't change it back. What an effing joke. Seriously they only want money Players.

Recommendation: Find another game to play there's so many of them out there

Solitaire Cash Scam

Misleading, purposeful extortion, a real scam preying on new users. Horrible customer service. Beware!

For a new user when the instruction is to deposit your winnings, one would assume that one has wom something. No this was a ploy to get my credit card information. I was then charged the amount that I supposedly won.

This happened November 28, 2023.

Claimed loss: Around 24$

Desired outcome: Refund

Very misleading scam. It says deposit your money after telling you that you made a bunch of winnings and instead it charges your credit card instead of paying out what you supposedly won.

Solitaire Cash Love this game

I want to say that I absolutely love the aspect of this game and I’ve become really good at it during Covid shelter in place. This game got me through that I know that sounds crazy but once shelter was in place, I deactivated all of my social media accounts I didn’t want to hear every day about all the horrible things that were happening in the world even though I probably should’ve I just didn’t want to hear about all the negativity that was going on in this world with the Covid Outbreak. Everyone went through it. We may have lost loved ones. I understand what was happening I know I watch a different way of living like the whole world changed, and everything went dark same socializing wasn’t something that we were allowed to us game got me through that have won a lot of money in, but I have also double date or triple that and I usually only put in five dollars each time but when I know that I am at my limit off course I don’t want to put all of my unemployment money into however if I’m going to get a positive then that’s the rest that I will take you to the creators of this game you save me during Covid shelter in place with this game. I found something that I’m good at. It might just be something so simple to anyone else who plays it, but for me toughest time of my life, when I couldn’t see and I had to stay quarantined, and I live alone so that was a very lonely and dark time I had to come accustomed to so many things like most there I had my deliveries made for my and it just became a way of life but it feels so good to be able to get out there and work again and socialize and meet new people. I’m so thankful to the creators of this game. Thank you I tell everybody and anybody that will game and how amazing it is and how it’s easy to win money you just have to invest five dollars and I always play the four dollar so I can run up to $70 and I usually come out 40 is today I won 125 $140 and all I invested was $15 Those are some pretty great odds there thank you again and God bless you

Solitaire Cash DOES NOT PAYOUT AND RIGGED SCAM DONT DEPOSIT

100% scam, If you’re smart, you will delete this app or better you won’t waste your time downloading the app! Papaya games/Solitaire cash DOES NOT PAYOUT! I know this from experience, I’ve won money playing solitaire cash, and Bubble cash. I requested withdraws from both apps and I have not received a single dime from the money that I won. I’ve emailed papaya games repeatedly and I have received zero responses! When I read other reviews of people saying they didn’t receive their payouts, also stating they have NOT received any responses either regarding their withdrawals. The one thing I noticed was the developers respond to all these negative reviews how they care about their customers and they ask for the person to email them regarding thee situation. Why can’t papaya games respond to our emails and why do the reply to the negative reviews acting like they care? Because they’re a scam and are putting on a show that they care! Well, I haven’t received the money that I won and it’s been quite some time. I’ve stopped emailing them because all they do is get more mad and more mad. Every single time I emailed them and they ignore me. This game is a scam it is 100% illegitimate.DO NOT GIVE THIS APP A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY! The games are also rigged, we’re not playing people we’re playing against papaya game’s algorithm! I have also experienced this firsthand with different scores Mine being ridiculously incredibly low, and they’re bots Crazy high. It is not that I have a horrible strategy or I don’t know how to play the game, because I do know how to play the game, but you can’t compete when you can’t get through a deck you can’t even get through to shuffles of the deck because 99.9% of the cards given to a red. So how am I getting a score of 600 and the winner getting a score of over 11,000? It’s impossible unless the game is rigged. They used to have a lag in the cards were you couldn’t even flip them fast enough so your time would be so slow we would lose that was another little charade that papaya games pulled on us.

Solitaire Cash Don’t waste your money here…great way to kill time though

The game is fun when you need to kill some time, but don’t expect to win any money. They say that you play against people of your same skill, but you’ll never consistently win the money tournaments. The gem only tournaments will have you winning and loosing in streaks to keep you interested. Just as I’m about to run out of gems, I hit a winning streak until I have about enough to play in a cash tournament, then I hit a losing streak. A lot of my wins will happen when I don’t even complete the game and end it early. So it seems like they have a pool of people and decide what your skill is based on what place they want you to be that game in order to break even. They’ll give you a win every once in a while to keep you around, but doesn’t seem to be consistent. Feels like someone is playing with things behind the scenes.

It’s a fun game, but not very transparent about the tournament matching. They just start a game and throw up numbers after, but they could place anyone, real or fake, in those other places above and below you. The only one making money here are the people running the game. Real people are not winning a lot of money here or very, very few people are and not talking about it. It’s lame. Don’t waste your money. Just play for fun.

Okay, now here’s where they come in and apologize that I’m not satisfied with the gaming experience. Defend themselves as a legitimate business and explain that each tournament is fair by giving all players the same deck (thank you for giving me the same deck of 52 cards as every other player and not a different deck), and how they match players with similar skill level. They probably do take these reviews seriously and try to provide the best service possible because they’re making good money by convincing people they have a chance to win money.

It’s not the same experience between the tournaments played for my cash and others played for gems. Figure out a way to be more transparent about how the tournaments are matched and show people that other real people winning by showing player stats or something because right now the game seems to be a little greedy.

Solitaire Cash HORRIBLE Games/DONT PAYOUT

It’s a little bit of a catch 22 because first off I play the game I won money I requested withdrawal and I never received the payout. I did contact customer support so many times and they never replied to me not even once. So that’s beyond frustrating when you play a game you win and then you can’t collect your winnings so that’s one reason I’m deleting the game. The second reason I’m deleting the game is for the fact that the game choices are complete crap! you have very limited choices of games and none of them can you even hardly win any money. You have of course your game for gems then you have a game that you can make a couple dollars then you have another game where you can make a couple dollars then you have a game where you spend five dollars and make $15 and that’s it. They took away the best game winter cash and they do sometimes show other games but they’re locked like we’re all infants and we can’t play those games until we’re grown up in high school or something! Every other solitaire game that I have played from the App Store has multiple games with anywhere from a couple of $$ to $40 or higher.Solitaire cash no longer has those games available and they do show some higher games but they’re locked, I mean seriously you have games on there that we can’t even play they’re locked what’s the point? I certainly don’t wanna stay around to get to those games why? If they’re not available for me to play right away I don’t even wanna play your game! I want to have the option of playing games that I wanna play they have a range of dollar amounts if I want to play a one dollar game that’s what I wanna play if I wanna play a game where I can win $40 that’s what I want to play and you don’t have that optionBecause you took it away. That’s where the catch 22 comes in because you guys don’t pay if you do in the $40 game. I know this because it happened to me you didn’t pay me when I won money I requested withdrawal it’s been since March 20thAnd still no response from your lazy customer service and still no withdrawal! You guys are 100% scamming your customers thinking they can actually win money when they cannot withdraw the money.

Solitaire Cash Good fun but obviously rigged

Don’t get me wrong you would be hard pressed to find a gambling app on here that ISN’T rigged, but this particular game is blatant about it, and lies saying it isn’t.

I can understand someone finishing a deck faster than me if I finish it within around 3-4 minutes depending on the hand the drew. However, if my average completion time for a match is 2-4 minutes, why on earth am I playing against someone who can clear a deck in 1 minute or less? That is an insane oversight in terms of player matching and makes matches unfair. I play solitaire pretty regularly, because I’m a nerd. I’m not saying I could be professional level, but I’m certainly not a beginner. I grew up without internet or a cell phone, so solitaire was one of the four games on my computer I could play.

I also find it hard to believe any average human being could finish a round of solitaire in under a minute. If they do they are either cheating somehow, or they’re a robot (far more likely, think about how many people you ACTUALLY know that play solitaire regularly? Exactly.) It is obvious you’re playing against a robot when you finish a match in 2 minutes, everyone else has already completed it and you’re in last place.

I don’t mind having some of my own money thrown in there, I mainly play for the thrill or winning and not to actually make money back (that would be impossible). However it is very obvious when you’ve hit your “win streak” where you seem to actually be playing against real people who are around your skill level and you can actually win a few dollars. Those streaks last about 5-6 rounds before you’re back to ranking the lowest possible no matter how well you play.

The pop ups on this app are absolutely ridiculous. You can’t close the app for five minutes without be assaulted by 6 ads before you can even try to play a game, and most of them are just asking you to put more money into it. The “bonus cash”? Complete nonsense. That only exists to stop you from actually getting back what you’ve won in total from a match.

My advice? If you’re looking to make a few dollars, just get a job gambling will always have you coming in at a loss. But if you’ve got time and money to waste, go for this game.

Solitaire Cash SCAM ALERT/DO DONT DEPOSIT ANY OF YOUR $$$$/RIGGED PLAYING BOTS

NOT a legitimate game, rigged and there is no way you should deposit any money into this game. You will not win much less win your money back. You will not even come close to winning your money back. I know this from experience, I’m not a sore loser by any means, I realize you win some and you lose some. I am writing this, because I would love to save some people from giving this app their $ and the headache of playing a game your cannot win. It is 100% a scam, 100% not a legitimate game. I’ve been playing solitaire for years and when I played this app I repeatedly lost to somebody (BOT) scoring well over 10,000 and sometimes 11,000 every game! I was lucky, and I mean lucky if I scored 1000. Some games I’ve only scored 600 or 700 repeatedly over and over and over again. It’s impossible to get such low scores over and over and over again will the winner is continuously getting over 10,000 and 11,000. The only way this can happen is if the game is rigged. I have never played a Solitaire game in my life where I’ve only scored 600 or 700 points. Some games on this app I’ve only been able to get a couple of cards to move. That’s completely impossible unless you’re playing against a rigged game. You cannot have a strategy against a rigged, scam game where you’re playing against the developers algorithm. I get you can’t win them all, but you can’t lose them all either, unless you’re playing a bit. So again PEASE play the free games but DO DONT DEPOSIT ANY OF YOUR $$$$….If this game was legit, and you and I were playing skill-based games, why would I repeatedly over and over and over being beat by people getting scores of 10,000 11,000 and my scores are 600 or 700. I keep leveling up with these horrific scores and the winners are continually getting over 10,000 or 11,000. Why would I keep leveling up if I am such a horrible player? I’m leveling up because this game is rigged and the developers just want us to give them our money while we play bots. They think we’re stupid and we’re just gonna keep giving them more money. Making them rich and us poorer! Please do not give them any money! If the developers want their customers to have a good experience like they say so many times, they would not be rigging the game.

Solitaire Cash YOU WILL NOT WIN/100% SCAM/PLEASE DON’T DEPOSIT

You CANNOT WIN, DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR $! I have been playing this game and it has gone through some serious changes for the worse. The changes have benefited the developers and scammed us the customers. They have taken away the invites, it used to be unlimited, then suddenly down to 5, now it is down to 2 invites. Meaning, you can only get $2 in bonus cash, meaning if you want to play for $ you HAVE to deposit your own $. BUT, there is ZERO chance you will win anything back! There is zero opportunity to get more bonus cash unless you win playing gems for $. However, GOOD luck getting enough gems and REALLY GOOD luck winning at the gems for $ games HAHAHA it won’t happen! This game is beyond RIDICULOUSLY rigged! You’re playing BOTS! When I used to play the scores seemed more in line and now good luck we’re all losers and the bots are the winners over and over and over again! After their latest change now their BOTS are scoring over 11,000, nobody ever scored that high and really at level 3? That’s NOT pairing people by skill, that’s clearly playing BOTS! You WILL NOT WIN, the cards are LITERALLY stacked against us! The higher your score the higher the bots score! In the past I used to be able to win here and there but not a chance anymore! Developers have tightened this game down SO much squeaking out a win is impossible! I am a good player and have played for years, I get you can’t win them all and people (key word people) use different strategies YES, but you’re not playing against “people” in this game you’re playing against BOTS, against the developer’s algorithm! The game is beyond frustrating and there is nothing fun about playing a game you have zero chances of winning…PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR $ INTO THIS APP! I am trying to help save your hard earned $. Move on and find a different app…NO matter what the developer’s responses are this is NOT a legitimate app when they fix their games against us, it’s not fair and it’s stealing! If papaya games was legit I would be leaving a positive review, however, these guys are scamming us and they’re ok with it! Developers, No excuses of different strategies or claiming you’re legit or that you care about your customers! If you cared you wouldn’t be lying and scamming us!

Solitaire Cash Scam game/don’t invest/read please for your wallet

1. This game is gambling game and obviously has to get money from you the investor and it will if you invest anything. 2. The game starts off by having you win doing free tourneys/easy enough and giving you free bonus gems, eventually they turn this tactic off under the guise of facing “real” and “equally challenging opponents” (as seen as a response to reviews such as mine scattered across this review section). What is actually happening is that they start giving you unwinable decks, or opponents that will always finish ahead of you with “the perfect timing or better tactics” 3. Proof of claims, 1. Bots are super obvious because the eye will finish above you with atrociously high scores even on your best games that put you at 4th or lower as not to receive any rewards, 2. Bots never have profile pics opting to use the in game profile pics the game provides, 3. All of these winning bots having 3 random numbers after there name as if to make them look more real 4. Normal people never get the scores that these bots do and if they do never in a row, with the suspicious pics, suspicious numbers, and almost never on your best games. The game is a scam, it’s fun to just play solitaire but if you ever start to do too good the game will autocorrect this with cheating and bots, PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS THAT TALK ABOUT THIS FOR EVIDENCE. Many of these reviews are paid for or unfortunately ignorant to this procedure.

Update: the “dev” scam artists have responded, I sent an email and heard nothing back with proof of everything I’ve said here, screen shots winning 30 or so diamond games and then loosing 15 cash games in a row. They try to cover this up by saying “we give everyone the same deck and
Match by experience” this is entirely untrue, when you are winning to much you will either A. BE matched up against players MUCH better than you to ensure your losses and not hoarding money, or B. Face AI that get obscurely high points and show that you never had a chance. I’ve proved this too, by quoting a match emediately after starting and seen 4 “people” already ahead of me, 1 of which was already at 9,500 points a score that you have to complete an entire round of solitaire just about perfectly to achieve. Don’t put money into this gambling scam of a game.

Solitaire Cash If you put a dime into this game, you are a fool! Biggest SCAM I have played

If you want to play an app and enjoy yourself and relax, and maybe win a little bit of money this is not the app for you! This app is a scam, this app will rob you blind, this app is 100% rigged. You’re playing, bots not playing other people! This game is not skill-based when you’re playing against bots, you’re getting your rear end creamed but you’re moving up levels every single time. I have been playing solitaire for many many many years. I’m actually pretty good, yes, the game is based on strategy, but also based on luck, however, there is no way that any amount of luck or any amount of strategy or however, long you been playing this game you can compete against papaya games algorithm! There is nothing relaxing about game that is cheating you! Read papaya games lame responses to negative reviews they’re cut and paste. They say they care about their customers that is a complete 100% lie. If they cared about their customers, they would not be lying they would not be cheating, and they would not be rigging the games! If you put a dime into this game, you are a fool! You will be getting zero return on your $, you will be lining the devs pockets with your hard earned money. If by some miracle you win a couple dollars because that’s the most you will win and you accumulate it and then you request a withdrawal good luck getting the money! They say up to 14 days to get your withdrawal well how come I’m at 20 days, I’ve emailed you 10 times, zero response from any of the developers from my 10 emails and zero deposit in my PayPal account! I don’t wanna see the devs lame excuses “contact us and we will try to figure this out”, our customers are our top priority.” Why can’t you figure it out from the 10 emails I sent you? Why do I need to leave you a negative review for you to respond to me? That’s because you want others customers to think you care, HAHAHAH, if you cared you would’ve paid me the $13 I won and you wouldn’t rig the app! This app CONSTANTLY begs for $ with continuous pop-ups asking for deposits over and over again! Do not deposit a dime into this game because you will not get a dime back from this game! You will be best served deleting the game ASAP or better yet not even downloading this rubbish app! If this app was legit I wouldn’t be leaving this nasty review!

Solitaire Cash PLEASE READ:DO NOT DEPOSIT INTO THIS SCAM

You will lose, you will not win anything more than a couple of bucks. DO NOT DEPOSIT any of your money into this game thinking you will actually win anything much less your money back! If you deposit you’re ONLY filling the developers bank accounts! The game is rigged, I’ve been playing for a year now and I will be deleting after this review! I played for so long because it used to be fun! You used to be able to win and of course lose money. However, they have changed the way the game is played and they have upped the algorithm to their advantage! Of course they need to make money but they have become GREEDY and now basically steal from their customers! They took the high payout games off and now in order to get to them you have no choice but to deposit money BUT you WILL NOT WIN THE MONEY BACK IN ORDER TO GET TO THE HIGHER PAYOUT GAMES! You will have To keep depositing your money over and over and over again in order to get to those higher payout games that being said, you will be giving the developers your money. Why would you have to keep depositing to get to the higher payout games well because the games are rigged and there’s no way you will win and get to those higher payout games. And if you are lucky, and you do get to those higher payout, games, you will lose. This game is set up for you to lose. Please be smart take my advice do not deposit any of your own money into this game. They’ve also taken away all the friend requests and left us with two you have a chance of getting two bonus dollars. That is it. I think you’re gonna play with germs. Good luck. You will not win enough gems to play any games for money. Well, actually you will but it’ll take you hours and hours and hours an hour to get to 1200 gems to play a game for bonus $. Also, they say this game is skill-based that’s total rubbish, you are playing against bots, and there’s no way that you can have a better strategy than the bots no matter how long you’ve been playing. If this game was skill-based, and you keep losing and losing and losing to their boss. Why do you keep leveling up? If you can’t win a game you’re basically not a good player and if you’re not a good player, you shouldn’t be leveling up to play harder players. Leveling up means you’re going to hire levels. Seriously, delete the game do not deposit your money.

Solitaire Cash rigged, scam, doesn’t payout, don’t make a single deposit you will lose

There’s nothing relaxing or enjoyable about an app that’s scamming you or stealing your money! I played solitaire, for I don’t even know how many years more than 20. I’ve never encountered an app a game, anywhere that cheats as bad as this game does! By cheating, I mean the game is rigged and it’s very obvious by the scores you are not playing against other people you are definitely playing against bots! It’s pretty obvious when everybody’s score is 1000 or less and the couple top winners are over 10,000! I don’t wanna hear oh, it’s their strategy and we are legit. No you’re not a legitimate game. It’s not strategy its you have rigged your game! I get you can’t win them all but you also shouldn’t be losing them all. Multiple review say that this game is a scam. I am writing this review to let everybody know from my experience from playing this game for a year now that this game is 100% a scam! I have seen so many different changes to this app, I get that there needs to be changes. However, the changes are not to benefit us the customers the changes being made are to benefit the developers! They have taken away almost all of the friend requests that was how we would get bonus cash. They’ve left us with two. That means they want you to deposit your money into the game and not use theirs! They have rigged the game, so it’s almost impossible to win a game meaning they want you to deposit your money into a game that’s pretty much impossible to win! If you do happen to win a dollar or two, and you decide to cash it out good luck with that! You will not get your money because they do not pay out! Not only is the game rigged, but if you do win anything they’re not gonna pay you, I’m still waiting after multiple emails to papaya games and it’s been 22 days since the request! There are a ridiculous number of pop-ups. Most of the pop-ups are begging you to deposit money. I have played solitaireking and bingoKing, never once have I received a single pop up asking me to deposit money. Solitaire and bingo King gives you 15 friend requests and they have great options of payouts right off the bat. You don’t have to play 18 games to get To a decent payout, like you do with solitaire cash! Delete solitaire cash move on this game is rigged it’s a scam they’re stealing your money they beg for deposits, get rid of it!

Solitaire Cash DONE with Being CHEATED

Seriously, do not waste your time or your money playing this app! I have played Solitaire Cash and I have played other Solitaire apps from the App Store. Solitaire Cash has to be the most rigged scam I have ever played! It’s incredibly frustrating playing a game that you know is rigged for you to lose. We play these games to relax and maybe win some money and Solitaire Cash is anything but relaxing! It’s frustrating, and maddening when it is abundantly clear you’re being scammed and playing against bots. I’ve been playing solitaire for several years and my score while playing solitaire cash have NEVER been so low! My score on solitaire cash can be less than 1000 while the winner (bot) is OVER 10000, REALLY? This kind of game play has happened to me over and over and over and over again. Why did I keep trying? Because I had some bonus cash and I wanted to use to up and give the game a chance. But, the more I played the more I realized the game was fixed! When I did get up to a nice little amount amount of $ suddenly the game choices changed and the bigger payout games I was working towards suddenly disappeared and much smaller payout became available again. Wow, wjat does that tell you? Tells me they don’t want to risk their customers slipping through the cracks and winning. What about that is fun or relaxing? Their game choices are now horrible the payouts are ridiculous! You can pay a $14 entry fee wi the the hopes of winning $15, well people that means you win $1, ONE dollar! When you lose to the bots you’re $14 goes into Solitaire Cash’s pockets. So, PLEASE do not pay to play this game, if you do ALL you’re doing is lining papaya games (Solitaire Cash) pockets with your money while they’re sitting back scamming us! I was lucky enough and played and played and played and finally won a little bit of $$$. I requested a withdrawal back in March and I still do not have the payout! I have contacted support at least 10 times using different avenues. How many responses did I receive from support ZERO and I received ZERO $ from the $38 withdraw I requested! Obviously, besides being rigged papaya games REFUSES to pay or respond to their customers! Don’t let them fool you with their responses to reviews saying “we’re legitimate.” If this app was legitimate I wouldn’t be writing this review! Instead I would be saying the exact opposite of what I am telling you!

Solitaire Cash SCAM, NOT Legit, WON’T PAYOUT

This review is 100% from my experience with solitaire cash! The games are definitely rigged it’s not really that hard to figure out after you’ve played one or two games you realize you’re not playing against another person and that you’re playing against a bot. Solitaire cash also does not pay out, and I know this from experience! You may be wondering well I’m saying that the game is rigged how could I have requested pay out if the game is rigged. That’s an excellent question. I played and played and played and played in one and a bit of money here and bit of money here,Saved it up, and I requested a withdrawal.By no means did I win any money playing at the bigger payout games, but even a bigger payout games are ridiculous.Solitaire cash seriously have to have the worst options of games on the App Store, who wants to play a game or the buying is $14 the payout is $15 which means wow you were in a whopping one dollar wow that’s a big winner. There isn’t it. They took away winter cash, which actually was a decent game. The only decent game that they had but it’s gone now see you’re left with pretty much garbage games so anyway, I did request a withdrawal and I never received it. I cannot tell you how many times I contacted customer support and they never responded to any of my email request for my pay out.So, when you add all that up, the games are red when your score is under 1000 or barely 1000 and the winner is always 9000 or 10,000 I’m not talking about one or two times I’m talking about over and over and over and over and over and over and over again it becomes apparent that the game is rigged. So again, add all that up that I just told you and you come up with a game that is scam. You come up with a game that is not legit I don’t care what the developer say when they respond reviews saying they are legit they are not those are just words if you noticed theDevelopers responses to negative reviews are all the same. All they do is copy and paste and put the same exact response. I ever review saying they are legit they do take things seriously they are not a scam. But, they are scam when they don’t pay you out when you play and you win any request to withdraw and the game is rigged and you can tell if you’re playing one or two gamesAll of those things together equal a game that is a scam and a non-legit company. Playing against a bot is not a legitimate making this, and not legitimate company no matter what they say they are not legitimate.

Solitaire Cash Rigged

I would like my money back. This is definitely not set up like it should be. I deposited $10 to try it out and started noticing odd things happening so I deposited another $20 to investigate. I took screen shots of all of it. There are multiple games that are 6 person tournaments that I came out ranking 18. 18 out of 6? I play a lot of solitaire and am addicted to Skillz Solitaire Cube. This is NOT fairly operated. Everyone knows that you can’t beat every Solitaire game, so why is there always the SAME people getting a score of 10000+ and beating EVERY single tournament? I literally took my time just to test it and there were matches that you could not beat. Leaving a score of 1200 and leftover cards but after submitting my score, there are the same few "people" winning $40 with scores of 10000+? That is not okay. It’s only happening on the big payouts, the $4 entry one especially. Also, those people that are winning constantly aren’t on the “stars tournament" board at all and haven’t been for a couple of days. (I’ve been closely watching it) It says I am first place on the stars tournament and how would that be possible if these "people" are winning every match and they aren’t even in the top 50.
*** One of the biggest things that got me was that I have an illness so my sleep schedule is way messed up. I sleep for a couple of hours here and there. So I am generally up until 6am and napping on and off and sometimes I only get 3hrs, just depends on the day. So I decided to watch the game really close and low and behold the SAME people who win all those high scores every time are up at the same exact time as I am, all hours of the day.. which is very odd as I know that 99% of people have some sort of sleep schedule? Unless your a robot. Or an AI winning game winning robot... Look I’m not trying to slander your business but this needs to be addressed. I don’t know if this is a bait tactic from the company to make people think they will win or legit people scamming the system with generated winnings. Either way, that’s taking people’s hard earned money which is technically scamming and stealing.
So, if that’s all not a little bit shady then I don’t know what is.

Also- I m not a poor loser, I have lost my fair share as I am a pretty heavy gambler. I’m not just throwing a fit about the money I lost. No, I investigated further knowing I wasn’t going to be able to win. I just want people to have a fair shot and I hope that whatever bogus set up is going on here gets recognized quick.

All of this is so true. I been playing and I really liked playing until I figured out that it is very rigged. You will be winning about every game until there’s money on the line and then you might still win one or two but it gets the money back every time. And it plays the same lay out a lot. The ones where you get so far and no matter what you’re just stuck and you just got started. They see to it that they get every cent back that you win. And begging for more money the whole time you’re playing. This should be shut down and have to give everyone’s money back. Especially when they’re taking your money knowing that you live in a state that it is illegal for you to win money playing. I didn’t know this when I first started playing so of course I put money in and on several occasions almost two hundred dollars in a couple weeks time. After getting screwed out of my money every time so fast I got frustrated and played on a different app and it wouldn’t let me play the money games because I’m from a state that it is illegal to win money. So now I’m looking for a app to play where it’s a little more fair and possible to play with people that are not out to take take take!

Solitaire Cash SCAMMERS you CANNOT WIN/DO NOT DEPOSIT

I’ve played this game for a little over a year and over the past year the developers have taken away the higher payout games (Winter Cash) & moved it up to higher level 20. So, if you want to play you have to deposit $ but DON’T DO IT, do not deposit any $! They’ve also taken away all the friend requests. Used to be unlimited and they’ve slowly taper down so now there’s like two friend request. Why did they take friend request bonus cash because they want you to deposit your money into the game that they have made impossible to win. So basically just want you to give them your $ and you’ll get nothing in return. Papaya games have rigged the game to the hilt! Meaning, you CAN NO longer win at this game! It used to be they wouldn’t pay out withdrawals. Papaya Games would ignore all your email attempts to get get your payout. In the past I have not been paid out multiple times after winning papaya games apps. I emailed multiple times and no response, NO PAYOUT. So now WE DON’T have to deal with not getting payouts because the game is SO RIGGED you WILL NOT WIN! My scores used to be normal scores of 9000 10,000 and now I can’t even get a score of 1000 while the winners are getting over 10,000 and 11,000. My strategy hasn’t changed I haven’t gotten worse I’ve actually gotten better over the past year. I’ve read developers responses to negative reviews saying it’s the other persons strategy that’s why people are getting beat repeatedly. Papaya games is the only one with a winning strategy it’s their algorithm rigging this game and their bots coming out ahead meaning papaya games is the ONLY winner so PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY! So PAPAYA GAMES have gone from not paying out winnings to rigging the game so ridiculously tight that you cannot win, they’ve taken away the friend invites, and taken away the higher payout game winter cash. DO NOT DEPOSIT, You will literally be just giving them your money with the Hopes that you can actually win something back like their ads tell us. But their ads are completely false this game is not legitimate. These guys are scammers and you cannot win! I’ve seen the changes that they’ve made, they’ve taken the fun out of this game they’re cheaters, scammers, they’re not legit, they don’t pay, and you will not win any money. Ignore the developers responses Saying they care about their customers, and they are legit. If they were legit company, and they actually cared about their customers than I would not be writing this review. I would be writing them a positive review.

Solitaire Cash kind of legit, kind of a scam

so, let’s get to the point. this app pushes gambling into your face, and wants you to use your real money for the tournaments. if you have a gambling addiction or are recovering from one, DO NOT GET THIS GAME.

they have a “cash” section in the game, but it combines both the withdrawable cash (real money) and bonus cash (which can only be used for tournaments). if you have both withdrawable cash and bonus cash there and enter a tournament, it will USE YOUR REAL CASH FIRST, NOT THE BONUS!

i have withdrawn cash before, but the first time i did, it seemed weird because i thought i had earned more REAL money. i was only playing the real money earning tournaments, yet somehow i ended up with bonus cash.

so when i withdrew this time, i made sure to screen-record my process. i had earned $12.8 from their “diamond dash” tournament, which doesn’t say it gives bonus cash at all. i had $0 of bonus cash at the time. when i went to withdraw my $12 (you can’t withdraw the decimals), it said i could only withdraw $11.8 of it, implying i had $1 of bonus cash. of course, they do subtract $1 from your actual withdrawal input as a processing fee, so if you say you’ll withdraw $11, you’ll get $10. but this whole fiasco was separate from the withdrawal processing fee.

after i withdrew, it said i had $0.9 of withdrawable money left, which i shouldn’t have had. if it wanted to say that it was still the money from the last time, then it would be $1, not $0.9.

this game basically forced me to not withdraw part of my money, and because it’s a decimal amount and under $5 (their minimum for withdrawing), i can’t do anything about it. and because they use the withdrawable/REAL MONEY before your bonus cash for tournaments, i’m being forced to use the money i wanted to withdraw to play the tournaments.

yes, this is better than doing things like surveys. the events that have recently been going on are okay. it’s less reliable than surveys and makes less money, but it feels less tedious because you’re playing something.

but they push depositing real money for tournaments in your face at every turn, there’s no option to turn off those pop-ups for the “deals” of the day so you don’t see them again. they didn’t give me part of my cash, and $0.1 of it mysteriously disappeared. i’m forced to use the real cash i earned for tournaments. the money amount you earn is nothing like the ads they show, its much less and much longer to earn any money. the matches are quite long too, though you get time points if you just submit your score if you get stuck. more time consuming than bubble cash, but with the exact same tournament amounts and problems.

Solitaire Cash Want to Throw $ Out the Window? Then, Play!

I’ve played this game for a very long time. It is rigged. Gameplay can drag (without an internet issue on your end) causing cards to be difficult to move (not user error). Bonus money earned cannot be cashed out which initially may seem reasonable. It’s not. Why? Because if you have deposited $10 & get a bonus of - let’s say $2 - and you “win” $10 when you go to cash out, you cannot cash out your full winnings. They are held hostage by the bonus dollars (perhaps, allowing you to cash out $18 when you should be able to cash out the full amount). If you choose to use the bonus dollars before cashing out then you’ll see your “withdraw-able” amount dwindle. So, you end up losing the cash you could have withdrawn if you choose to continue to play in order to utilize the bonus dollars. When higher amounts are won, there are greater divides between bonus cash and withdrawals amounts. As you seek to use the bonus $, your $ goes down the drain because they are taking from your “withdrawable” funds first. It’s problematic. I won $205 and had used ALL bonus $ before accumulating that win only to find that they had determined that some of that win was “bonus dollars” when it was NOT! I could withdraw approximately $136 of the $205! It was down to that figure because I was attempting to use bonus dollars before cashing out & in turn, was losing withdrawable funds. I reached out to support and got an extremely thorough explanation about bonus dollars which in NO way applied to my complaint. There are other issues as well including - as many have alleged - cards getting stuck when you try to move them; streak of doing great & then having endless losses that make no sense and rationally cannot occur to the degree they do without some type of rigged system (which I guess we should expect given they are a “business” as they keep touting in their responses); and there are very, very rare times the cards speed up and the player is left wondering if it’s so fast now - how? why? (it’s part of the game & not due to internet service). I had it after complaining and not getting proper attention to my issue, especially since I had utilized every dollar of bonus cash before winning all that money. Stupid me! I logged on after not playing for several days - may be a week - only to lose everting in the end. And, it’s true - you will NEVER come out a winner when losses and gains are compared. The fact that an article cited this game as a way to earn extra cash is incredulous! Truly despicable. Beware! I will be contacting the Gaming Commission & urge all other players who have noted the same dirty tricks to do so. They know they somehow have speed rigged as well as card issues - like sticking or having to tap and pull to get cards to move at times.

Solitaire Cash This app scammed me out of money.

I downloaded this game because I thought it would be fun. It told me to deposit money for money and Instead it took 10 dollars and gave me nothing. I then had to make a PayPal account to withdraw my money and it only let me withdraw 7 dollars out of the 18 dollars I had and left me with less than a dollar. I’m devastated that I know have to wait to even see if these 7 dollars which should be 10 will go into my card. I’m short 10 dollars and I’m actually so mad that they took my money. I want my money back!

Claimed loss: 10 dollars I have lost

Desired outcome: I want a refund of all my money back!!!!!

Solitaire Cash Your game stole $1,600 from me

There have been multiple charges to my card for over $100, there's one that is $117 four times in two minutes, there's more transactions on my account then there are deposits on the game, and many of them for a way higher amount and whenever I get a response via email they just feed me some bull that doesn't even make sense. Like thier totally ignoring what I am telling them and just saying that 'they suggest not to use your bank card and it should've stated that on the game' but yet when I make a deposit it says keep this card for the withdrawal will be put back on it. You can't do that with a prepaid so what else are you supposed to use. I can provide screenshots if my bank statement or even my complete bank statement to prove it, there's even 12 transactions at the exact same time, not even seconds apart, twice.

Claimed loss: $1,600

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund and a response, thank you

Solitaire Cash Removed winning amount from my paypal account instead of

When I tried to claim £100 winnings, Papaya removed several amounts of cash equal to what I had won instead of paying it into my account. Paypal would not intervene when I contacted them that the payment should have been credited to my account.

The Papaya company just blanked me when I contacted them. Company is registered in Israel so concerned funds are being diverted to terrorists.

I have numerous screenshot for all of my transactions, plus a PayPal case number.

I have now been blocked from playing any games, instead of paying me the amount I won. Won't even cover the amount I spent.

Claimed loss: £120

Desired outcome: They transfer this amount to my paypal account ount and remove the block on my account

Solitaire Cash Cash tournaments and challenges

Recently I had been winning on solitaire cash and as of this past Sunday I haven’t been given any cash tournaments or challenges to play and I’ve asked other people in a group about this issue and they have ALL said that they too were withdrawing multiple decent amounts and then all of a sudden they lose all their games and tournaments. I’ve been emailing support and am getting no answer and I find this absolutely ridiculous that you can’t keep playing all because you started winning actual money. This game is ridiculous.

Desired outcome: I want my damn game fixed.

Solitaire Cash Solitaire cash

I have been playing this game for over 2 years. Recently, it kicked me out of all games except 4 of the very beginning games that are given when you first start. I went from playing $75 games to $1 only. Also, the more tournaments I play, the less available withdrawal amount I have while my balance in my account stays the same. My friend plays the same tournament and her available withdrawal amount goes up. I have a balance of $230 and the available withdrawal amount goes down $1 ever tournament I play. I am now down to $67 available while my game bank is still at $220. Please fix this issue and give me my money.

Claimed loss: $200

I have contacted Solitaire Cash multiple times through Facebook, email and in-app help.

No one has replied to me , it has been months.

I had a simple question about why I haven’t received my withdrawal for $150 USD. It is not a problem with PayPal as I already addressed the concern with them. I have been playing the game and withdrawing money for months and it has always worked perfectly. I don’t understand what has happened and would like it resolved.

Claimed loss: $150 USD

Desired outcome: I’d appreciate for the app to deposit this money into my PayPal account ASAP! I also want to continue to play and win more money

Solitaire Cash Solitaire Cash Account

App has not been letting me sign in. I have been constantly emailing their support email for help for over a month. I have not received a single response from them. I find this very concerning; this app is associated with money, they are denying me access to my account, thus denying me access to my personal monetary property. Since the Start of Aug. I have been unable to login, it pops up with a message saying "Error, contact support for assistance." I have sent emails constantly without receiving a single response.

Desired outcome: Resolve the log-in issue with my account ASAP!

This game is fun and highly addictive and it would be great if they would put the player level next to their tag. Most of the times, it feels like you are not playing against people on your level and there is no way to check. They have a system of cards that are super fun to collect and if you complete them they give you $ 150 play only and it is awesome...

Solitaire Cash I never received the $ I am owed

I withdrew $30 on 9/15 at exactly 2:10pm and I never received the $. I gave all the correct PayPal information and it has been 20 days. I enjoy playing the game but this is kind of ridiculous, I only withdrew to see if it was even real and it’s not looking good. There also is no customer service linked to the app and I believe when $ is involved there should be. Please look into this

Desired outcome: I would like my $30 and suggest putting some type of customer service on the app, I can’t be the only one this has happened to. Thank you

Solitaire Cash They do not honor withdrawal request

I submitted a withdrawal request on September 6, they waited 2 weeks to tell me they needed 3 documents before they can work on my request. I provided the documents then a few days later they said my ID is expired which is not true as I had it renewed the first month of this year. I emailed them explaining this but they said the "ticket" of my withdrawal request is closed/resolved. I tried to write a review on their app but no matter what "nickname" I provided it kept saying the name was already taken. DO NOT download this game. Nothing but scams & thieves😡

Desired outcome: Just wanted my withdrawal request honored after putting in my own money to play in the tournaments😒

Solitaire Cash Payment

I feel that i’ve been taken advantage of. I am extremely vulnerable and have an addictive personality. I signed up due to an influencer saying you could win money, which I need as I am in a very poor financial situation. There are no tools to put a limit on how much you deposit, there is no one to check you can afford it. Now I am a lot of money down and I feel that this could have been avoided if the right steps were in place. It’s constantly showing to add money and deposit and gives you the impression you can win. This is worst than gambling. I’m heartbroken and my financial situation that I was hoping to improve has been made 10x worse due to no steps, no help and taking advantage of. It isn’t right to take advantage of vulnerable people with no help

Desired outcome: My money returned or at least some of it

Today, 09/26/2023, I received an email reply saying my account will be closed and my withdrawal will not be processed due to violating the terms of service. They stated I had created multiple accounts open. This is a false claim and when I had asked for proof they were not able to provide any. This is clearly an attempt to profit off of what I had made.

Solitaire Cash Cash Solitaire App on Apple Iphone duplicate billing credit card charges

Good morning. I was using and enjoying your solitaire game since 8/14/2023. I lost money and won money. That is to be expected; however after checking my paypal account as well as my Evans Bank checking account I was startled with what appears to be duplicate charges, amounts of similar dollar amounts repeated four times in a row.

When my paypal account was billed to the limit, the charges were then transferred to my checking account, because these accounts are linked. The amount of duplicate charges is extraordinary. I have contacted Paypal and Synchrony Bank to file complaints, and it was determined that it would be best to contact your company directly, which sounded logical to me.

I was playing the solitaire game in the evenings, however I never did withdrawals of the same amount four times in a row on different days. Can someone please review my account to determine if the app was causing these multiple charges? Kathleen Buckley, [protected]. Email is [protected]@outlook.com.

Desired outcome: Please refund any duplicate charges that you recognize as an error. I am 72 years old and would never ever have charged that many charges to play an internet card game.

Solitaire Cash Solitaire Cash app and game

I have played this for about 2 years. The other morning, I woke up and I had an alert from it (Solitaire Cash App) so I just picked up the phone (just getting out of bed). Apparently, I pushed to spend $25 to get $32 worth of credit. I emailed them immediately and stated it was a mistake and could I please have my $25 back? They responded iwth an email in about 2 hours requesting screenshots of the entire transaction. I provided that and the time, everything they asked for. I have asked them twice now since Wednesday (8/9/23) morning and of course, have not heard back from them. It shows now I have $59 worth of credit. It also said if I make a withdrawal, I will lose all other monies. That's fine with me, I just want my $25 back. When I pushed withdraw my $25, it would go into an error of Oops, ... I even sent them a screenshot of that. I have the screenshots in my phone and I am typing this complaint on my desktop.

Desired outcome: I would like them to refund my $25 as soon as possible.

Solitaire Cash Return cash that was magically converted to unpayable bonus money.

I don't understand how I was at over 100 dollars with cash out level almost at 100 percent. Now I have lost to just over 50 dollars with a cash out at half. How, if as the game states, winnings are paid as withdrawals, can I be at a point now where only half of the money can be cashed out. It's like I bet cash, get paid with bonus, then the next bet is all cash. It works you into a hole. There is no way out of it. I have a mathematics background and have worked out the statistical analysis. You will eventually lose all your money no matter how high you are. The way I see it I will recommend to everyone to cash out as soon as they are cash positive. If solitaire cash was in a legitimate gaming area like Vegas... it would be shut down and prosecuted. Also my winning percentage was at 50-75 percent. Now they change my demographic where I NEVER win. My playing could not have possibly degraded to this level. I need results or my next contact is BBB (which probably won't matter since I doubt they are a member) and to the Attorney General thereafter. I have screenshots of my entire history so... The next move, so to speak, is yours.

Solitaire Cash Solitaire cash app

Do not play this game it is rigged, it lets u win a few games then wants you to add more money, I have literally wasted hundreds of pounds and every time you get near a jackpot you start losing, I have needed just one card for weeks now, turn in a 250 chest every few days and get no new cards just a load of duplicates and it takes all of my tradeable cards, it is supposed to give you at least one new card, it is full of promises it never delivers, and you are not allowed to complain or post bad reviews as they taken them down and remove you from the game taking all your money, 2 days to go and waiting on exactly the same 6 star card as most of my group and does not matter how high the money game is I never get the card I need and of course you cannot trade for it, they just let a few people win the jackpot but the odds are completely stacked against you they just want your money, I have screenshots of abslutely every transaction and game, all the opened chests I can prove this is a con

Desired outcome: refund

Exactly the same happened to me, I complained to customer services and asked for a copy of their terms and conditions and was blocked from any paid for games. Over 11,000 "gems" and money in the "wallet", can't do anything.
