My experience at Caesars Games was average. The website offers a variety of games, but the overall user interface could be improved. Navigation is a bit confusing, and some games take a while to load. The graphics are decent, but not exceptional. Customer support could be more responsive. On the positive side, there are some fun games to play and the overall concept is good.

Played this app for a while and liked the variety of games and the challenges. Points going up and down as expected but challenges kept getting harder. No problem. I think highest my point balance was about 10,000,000,000 and all I needed to complete challenges most days. Then a few months ago for some reason, I was awarded 14,000,000,000 points. I was so excited. Then of course the challenges got harder but I’m still thinking since I have these points that’s no problem. In the few months since my big fortune arrived it has disappeared. Bonuses seem harder to hit and the wins are often so small, even a few times for 0 points. So now I’m back down to my long time lower point balance and I’m thinking no way I’ll be able to keep playing without buying points repeatedly because the challenges don’t go back to the easier ones. Oh, well. I’ll have to find a new game.

Update...
Points did go back up for a short time. Then went from 18,000,000,000 to 2,500,000,000 in a few days only betting 14,000,000 the minimum for challenges. My time is getting shorter.

All gone...
Played for 2 years on free points with highest total near 10,000,000,000 and happily played most days. After a surprise gift of 14,000,000,000 a few months ago, which more than doubled my points, I’m out of points. That was 24,000,000,000 points and betting my minimum of 14,000,000. I realize the game would like a player to buy points but feel like I was run off because I didn’t need to buy any to keep playing. It is what it is. Just my experience.

More options to collect free points were added to the game so I started slowly accumulating points and betting minimal points. Now I’m back!

Have been trying since last Thursday to get them to remove some person they put on my site on my phone where I can't even play Caesars Casino because my site has been used by them or Playtika. Tech won't even reply to my requests. If I remove Caesars from my phone I lose all my winnings, friends I have brought on & the Challenges I enjoy. Something is wrong when they allow another person to be put on an active player's site. I gladly sign my name so maybe the management can make them do the job. Arrelene Lorenzo

Update, I inadvertently fixed it. I downloaded a slot I wanted to try & wallah! My phone was returned to me. This was about 3 wks ago. Today I tried to buy from my vault & that darned Elf was back on my phone. I have collected 2 Lobby Bonuses before realising it was not my icon there but that darned Elf again. They still have the same amount of play as they had last month when I couldn’t get any help getting my phone back. Playtika would you PLEASE GET THEM OFF MY PHONE SINCE THEY WENT ON THERE WHEN YOU HELD A TUTORIAL FOR THEM. Why you chose my site or phone to dump that person I don’t know, but you are responsible so get them off or do I have to download a new game everytime they show up on my phone? Also I need to get into my vault & nothing across the header has worked since yesterday. I would also like to have my 2 Lobby Bonuses money back. They go on my Daily Challenge!

In the past, I have submitted a couple of 5 star glowing reviews. I must have been delusional. They recently raised bonus and gift amounts because they claim that’s what their players want, but they don’t tell you that they've raised minimum bet amounts as well. My minimum bets were 1,000,000, now raised to 1,200,000, an amount I can live with. 2 of my games were set at 100,000, now raised to 900,000! That’s completely unfair because they’ve basically created a situation in which I’m forced to purchase coins if I want a little play time. My level is high because I’ve made a substantial amount of purchases, not exaggerating when I say thousands of dollars. Instead of rewarding me for putting their kids through college, they’ve sent me a jar of vaseline as a booby prize. I contacted them and advised them that I WILL NOT spend another penny on this app in the future if they don’t reduce those bet amounts and will only play on free coins. Also, I hope everyone is aware of the fact that when you log out and return to the main page the coin balance in your account is reduced in 1/2. This isn’t a glitch because it continues to occur. They want you to believe that they’re listening to their customers and that’s the reason they’ve raised bonuses and gifts, but in reality they’re skimming from your account and forcing you to purchase in order to play. I’ve spent several thousand dollars for the entertainment value without any chance of receiving a monetary reward. As a result, my reward from Playtika is to bend over. I’ll take my money to a casino in the future. At least I’ll have an opportunity to win and not just throw it away. Hopefully everyone who plays becomes wiser to their grimey/slimey methods a lot sooner than I did. Right back at ya Playtika with the Vaseline.

First off I want to say I love Caesars Casino Slots, but I encountered a problem last night when I was playing American Riders, I had gotten the bonus where you choose the Emblems. I had gotten two of everyone from mini, minor, major grand and mega and when I picked the last one (touched) the symbol it didn’t open, so I waited to see what was going to happen and nothing happened! So I choose another emblem and mini came up, so that meant I won the mini bonus but the one that didn’t respond when I touched it was the Mega which means I would have won the Mega. So I feel I was cheated out of the Mega bonus which was 2 trillion +. This really bother me, I have been playing Caesars slots for a long time and have spent a lot of money for the enjoyment. What I’m asking, is the developer going to make good on the coins I didn’t receive? Thank you

I’m going to have to take back the five stars. I do like the games but you keep reducing the pet amount which I don’t think is right! You used to have 1400 for $49.99 (I think that’s what it was) then you reduced it to $39.99 for 1200 and NOW you reduced it to $34.99 for 1000 and the only real way to reach the bonus reel is to purchase a package or spend a lot of money on other packages. These games are for fun and it seems to me everything is geared around you guys charging a lot of money. I don’t mind spending a little but not a lot all the time. I could have billions of coins and within a few hours it all gone! And when you have chance to win a couple of trillion the game doesn’t respond to touch! (I’m talking about my first paragraph where I feel I got cheated out of 2 trillion coins) I really think the games are programmed to pay out the lesser. Well...I hope someone reads this because I haven’t gotten any response from my first review!

It cheats. I can’t win. Non of the games let me win. I rarely get scatter any more. I never see $1b+ wins or winning rows of that high number any more. Winning has been shut down completely for me. This is outrageously expensive and not fun to continuously lose. I feel I have been scammed.

P.S. I just paid more money and tried again, thinking maybe you would fix some issues, but nooooo! I didn’t last 15 minutes! Absolutely no scatters. No wins to keep my head above water. P.P.S.- A new low! While playing a game the bet changed on its own to a significantly higher bet. I had been betting 7million. Because I hadn’t won. I had just purchased over $2.6B in coins. I wasn’t worried about running out for a while, but a few minutes later I randomly look at the total and it’s $200m. I looked further to find the bet had changed to $250million from $7m.

Honestly, I can’t understand why you insist on frustrating people by continually making (and I do mean making) people lose. It’s like people are under some hypnotic programming to buy and buy coins to lose lose lose. I mean lose billions in minutes.
I am in awe that you feel good about a game that takes advantage of people to take money and satisfaction and fun away with deceit and lies and cheating.

I LOVE CAESARS SLOTS. They are fair and I have been playing for a long time. I to thought at the beginning I had lost a bonus, but then I kept close attention to my balance and not once did I ever lose anything. I have never had MORE FUN IN MY LIFE. THANK-YOU CAESARS. First off, like every app of this type, you must understand it’s a total scam and fraud. In this specific case, it’s not even the real Vegas Caesar’s. If you look on Facebook it’s “Caesar’s Casino based in Israel”. Oy. And gameplay it’s the usual obvious rigged format all these crooks develop that exist only to try to bilk you out of your life savings by stupidly using your real money to buy fake money that has no value whatsoever. NEVER be that dumb.

Where this app is without question the champion of all others is in its greed, persistence and useless time wasting. Expect the any time you move from one screen to another within the app that you will get buried alive in a nearly unending avalanche of pop up windows that are all trying to get you to pay for more fake money and, extra shady points for offers that are better or worse values all going on simultaneously and some only visible if you know what you’re looking for. So, while you’re getting robbed buying their fake money you’re probably getting robbed a 2nd time by paying for one ‘deal’ when there’s another one there that would give you twice as much fraud bucks as that one. Additionally you will suffer the most aggravating useless bells and whistles on Earth. There’s the constant mini window that pops up all the time with an animated dragon telling you idiotic things like “I miss you” and “WOW you’re such a pathetic loser” (kidding on that one) as you play and in a level of genius design it covers your points and other info until you either wait for Dork the Tragic Dragon to either you away on it’s own or you win a real jackpot of managing to touch the microscopic close window button that will only reopen in a few seconds anyhow. Also after only 30 minutes of this phone sized hell I was ready to jump out my window if I had to sit through another viewing of the “Mega Win” blowing kiss animation. Just kill me please.

Spare yourself. You’re more likely to kill your savings and sanity that you will time with this latest loser scam. Don’t bother.

Wish I could give a zero. Attention, if you truly read reviews, do your blood pressure a favor and move on to a different app. Better yet, go buy yourself something you will enjoy that's not a pixel on a screen. And sort the reviews to most recent and see that I am not the only one who has an issue with this app. Have been playing just over 3 years, pretty much every day, and spent more than my share of money. This morning spent over $150 and went through 26 billion chips in less than an hour. Average bet was 100 million or less. Several machines, changed bet, terrible play, zero free spins and zero bonus games. I don’t expect to win all the time however I expect to get entertainment for my money! I sent in a complaint and they tried to appease me with a mere 300 million. At my level (3300+) you can’t complete many events or challenges without having a bet of $150 million or more per spin. 300 million to appease me after the money I have spent is an insult. And while I am at it, I got picked for a week or two of VIP awhile back. The person kept referring to me as a good little boy despite the fact my name and picture are clearly female not to mention when she added me to Facebook my profile states female and in emails back and forth I referred to my husband on several occasions. If you’re going to convince players they’re VIP at least have employees/volunteers or whatever they are trained in customer service with attention to detail.

Support says for entertainment you don't have to spend money, just collect free bonuses... How much entertainment do you think I will get on 3,650,000 free credits with these payouts at level 3350? I go to the casino in the real world. I always get some play for my money. The problem is that new gullible players join your app every day so the money keeps coming for you. Eventually they wake up and quit handing it to you but it doesn't matter because they've already been replaced by new naive people.

I gave you another chance and it was a repeat of what I said above. Goodbye, I am a fool no more.

I have fun playing this app. Mindless stupid fun. I give it a 5 because it feeds my ADD and I can gamble without spending money. What's with all the cats though? You have Fancy Cats, Fantasy Cats, Outlaw Kitten and even a couple of Pink Panthers( also a cat) in there. The closest thing to a dog is Wild Howl and that involves Rabbits, Moose and Owls. So why no dog themed games? Dogs are great. Lots of breeds of dogs to spin off slots. I mean think how popular Dog Shows are. You have endless dog slot machine possibilities here. Working Dogs, hero Dogs, packs of Dogs, puppies, water Dogs, Dog shows etc. Since I have now ignited the untapped dog slot possibilities I only request that you keep the toy poodles and little chihuahua yip yip dogs out of it. They are too much like cats. Loud yippy cats. You already have enough cats in your lineup.

Exciting and challenging games but since Playtika has taken charge of the app the money grab has begun. Raised prices by $20 on additional coin purchase opportunities such as those on bonus rounds and opening the vault. No notification given about raising these prices but are quick to tout other supposed player benefits. They will increase max play amounts with no notice. They are particularly brutal at times by having games too tight virtually forcing players that enjoy their games to constantly purchase coins. Started out yesterday with 54 billion coins and have less than 200k today AFTER SEVERAL PURCHASES and after playing different games. A Playtika exec must need another bonus!
Obvious answer is to move on. Sad that Playtika doesn't value their players. The experience wasn't like this when Caesar's ran the show.

Playtika has preset bet amounts on all of the Caesar's Slots games some of which are in the $100 million range. If you aren't paying close attention (and you have a high enough coin balance) you can lose a lot of coins in just a few spins...I lost over $500 million! Yet another sucker punch by Playtika...Robber Barons for sure along with their other "surprise" which wasn't announced: making bonuses available every 4 hrs instead of every 2 hrs.
Someone at Playtika needs a pay increase

Playtika continues to provide games that are challenging and fun to play. Not unlike other game providers, they increase prices for special bonus features which would be ok with me if they did so in smaller amounts: to raise the Super Bonus and Vault by $30 each (from $69.99 to $99.99) was a money grab plain and simple but all providers do this. They do have good special coin and other offers however. I do wish that they would not make popular games so tight: it isn't much fun when you have to spend millions of coins just to join a game.

This is my favorite casino/slot app but I think there is something a little shady about it. I will first talk about what I love. The games are fun, it's high quality graphics, I love the mini bonus games on the side where you can win extra coins, I love the dragon side game, and I LOVE when "mega win" pops up on my screen. It is so exciting. I don't play any other casino game except for this one (because the other ones don't compare). I have been playing for almost a year now and here is where things get shady. First, I am pretty sure this is my 3rd review to this app. I am not sure if my phone has made these disappear by chance, or if they have been deleted by the app moderators . I will screen shot my review and track it. 2nd, I have never gotten more than 5 billion. Which is a lot in my eyes but every time I get this high, I fall down IMMEDIATELY. I can never get past it. I have tested betting low and steady and high and fast and nothing changes. I went from 5 billion all the way down to 500 million in the span of weeks. I couldn't win anything no matter how much I tried. I finally complained to the help desk saying there is something wrong because it makes no sense how I could go from 5 bil to 500 mil for "seemingly" no reason (maybe if I kept clicking max bet, but I do not). Soon as I complained, I was able to win back up to 3.8 bil! Isn't that strange and suspicious? Now I am at the point where it is starting to happen all over. I went from 3.8 bil to 1.9 bil (within a week!) and literally cannot win anything. I can't get any bonuses to trigger or a mega win. Even if I do get a bonus, I win a tiny amount that covers a few spins. I just don't understand and just feel it is being manipulated based upon how much money I have so you buy coins. I have purchased a few coins in the past because it is a source of entertainment for me, but at this rate I feel like it isn't worth my time if this continues to happen where I can't win past a certain amount. Last, I just want to validate that I know it is about winning and losing. That's half of the fun. But when you lose for days and then weeks without gaining any traction, I can't see myself continuing to play if it goes on like this... which is sad because I love this game.

However, the coin “sources” haven’t kept up: the values on Super Bonus are still at a low of 9 million and a high of 152 million (which are multiplied); so, if you get 18 million from Super Bonus, you can’t do much with that. The “free coins” distributed through email are only $300k or $500k, and one would have to collect at least five to spin ONCE!

Of course, there are people who have balances in the hundreds of billions (or trillions), so they can play these games with no problem. They also aren’t spending a lot, if any, to purchase more coins. The bonus amounts don’t matter if you have a nine-figure balance. However, the rest of us who aren’t so lucky would like to have a FEW more coins to play around with, especially since the minimum requirements keep going up. In fact, I would be happy if you split up the site so lower balances would have one “room” of games and another room for balances of a few billion. (This isn’t a radical idea-after all, Baccarat and other high-roller casino games are segregated from the slot machines.)

The incessant pop-ups for purchases are annoying-stop it.

Finally, I have one question: What do the makers of this game hope to gain by screwing players over? Why tease these games - especially the “special events” (like the Aztec, Greek-themed, or “spin events” where you have to fill a tube and select a door)? If you play these games in real life, you hope to win real money; however, when you play a game for the sake of a game, one should not “go broke” trying to finish a board or a tube, or collect all of a “set” of something. In short, these “games” are rip-offs that think they deserve to act as if they are machines on the actual Vegas strip.

If I skip feeding dragon at a level up and it closes its slide in pop up I have to later exit the game and return to lobby to feed dragon and that takes like 2 minutes to get thru all the pop up ads. The dragon needs an activation icon left in the game margin.

Now I’ve played for a few weeks I’m very disappointed and starting to quite dislike the premise behind this whole site. I see the whole point here is to require real money purchases of what turns out to be very very tiny amounts of supplies needed to continue the side games. Buying several million coins won’t get you very far with minimum bets to enable the side games in the millions. Just as buying bombs when it takes 10-20 bombs to sink a rowboat and 30-50 bombs to sink a ship with a max bomb carrying capacity of 50 and 10 or more boats/ships in each level. Same with buying a dozen or two keys when it takes 3-5 keys to get thru a set of doors and there’s a dozen or more sets of doors to get thru and you need to repeat the whole process for each missing rare gods item which for me is still 20 after completing the items for the first 8 gods but that part of the game (opening doors) has timed out and is gone. I’m up around level 400 and obtained a balance in excess of 1,000,000,000 coins with it used to be 50 foods to increase prize dragon level and you get one at each level up and a level up required betting 50,000,000 cumulatively but at level 7 the dragon needs 150 foods and the next level up requires betting 150,000,000 so 3x3=9 times as many bets to get enough food to get the dragon up to the next level. Then what happens at level 8. Probably 4x4=16 times as much. And again at level 9 then again at level 10. It ain’t ever going to happen. Not possible!
At this point I completely see the futility of playing on this site altogether and I’m calling it quits. The games were fun on the lower levels but your greed has ruined the upper levels! GOODBYE

5/24 It happened again! Built my coins up to over 1 billion 700 million some odd thousand and hundreds. Was actually enjoying myself and considering buying a $99.00 package special for Memorial Day that offered over 12 billion coins super chest maybe with a griffin and all the other perks. Filled the bar on the side and was taken to the bonus game where you pick a flower to find a crystal. Finished finding one and tried twice on next level but without success. Then your taken back to the previous game. I looked up and my coins went down to under 760 million. I have sent a complaint and they gave me a ticket. I’ll share what the outcome is. There’s also an issue that has been made known to me by checking my bank statements. That is that I have been double billed for things I purchased, and some of those items never actually were delivered to me to utilize. I had gold bars purchased for the bonus wheel, extra picks for bonus events, and boosted status that all cost me money and never showed up.
Some of these items I reported to the company that I caught happing. Some times I had chests and awarded coins that just went away. Strange but I looked for a way to check the history so you could prove what happened but it’s not part of the software of the “GAME”.

My game is finally working again. But I was nervous to do the next update, (especially b/c it was only working for 2-3 days.) But I did update & it's ok. I'm still having to re-download every slot. If I could lower this to negative stars, I would. I kept playing, which is dumb, but that’s how they get you. I paid 39.99 to get extra treats to play the spin wheel, expecting to win $400 billion because there were 9 out of 10 jackpots on the wheel. 9 out of 10. Statistically you would expect to hit a jackpot, because 9 out of 10. Nope, only won $40 billion. I do understand this is a game of chance, but when they set the game like this, it’s not a game of chance, it’s about taking.

I had to come back and lower the score from 2 to 1 star. I played their new game, spun about 900 to 1000 times and only won the bonus 8 times. I just got the walking wild bonus and in 6 spins I won 0 chips. ZERO. It’s not sustainable when you bet 120,000 and only win 1200, or if you’re lucky 60,000. Plan on deleting once I exhaust my chips and bonus chips.

This app is all about getting you to spend money to buy chips. I had 8 billion in coins, but the chase was 5 rounds of free spins, in the new game they had up - lost over 6 billion in coins and didn’t get a single round of free games. I understand the need for offers to generate income. I have no problem spending a little each month for entertainment. However, THIS App has so many in-game popups that it becomes SO Unbelievably ANNOYING, that its Impossible to Enjoy the games, which by themselves are some of the very Best out there!

The “dragon” popup is the Main culprit, but then you add the cards, level ups, as well as numerous coin offers, and you find yourself having to “X out” nearly as many times as you hit the SPIN button! I’m NOT Exaggerating, either! Not to mention the adverts that overlay on the game layout, obscuring your numbers and symbols on some Paylines. Lately, the “gray” gorilla ad is really an annoyance and cannot be moved. These issues make a Top Notch Slot App virtually unplayable, in my opinion.

I also have grandparents I am searching for a good, enjoyable slot app for them to play. This app would be a good option for them, because of good games, gameplay, lower betting amounts (they HATE the apps where minimum bets are inflated to hundreds of thousands of dollars, no matter the ACTUAL VALUE), etc. Given the amount of in game DISTRACTIONS with all the popups, it becomes overwhelmingly confusing and frustrating for them!

So a while ago I got a new phone and for some reason Your game would not transfer over to my new phone. I really liked your game so I just downloaded your game again and I started out with the low money but I have to bet to high and my challenges are harder to get then other players that have a lot more money. August 23 I still don’t know WHY I have to level up 10 times and I have $10 billion but my husband only has to level up 2 times and he has $ 200 billion? There seems to be a discrepancy, I believe all my problems started when I got my new phone and your Game didn’t download and I have been having trouble ever since. March 20th Today I’m having trouble with your game . I was trying to spin 600 times in the train game and every time I got a Diamond and won it would not keep spinning. If I hit the spin button it took my money but didn’t spin. So you owe me money !

Warning to all: There is no winning in this game! Things just make no sense to me. Lost more than 30 billion coins in three days and for what? The winning reward of the weekly Daily Task Bar is only 2 billion coins! And the game never let you win the Jack Pot from the Pet wheel. Most of the daily goals and Pet milestones are impossible to achieve. Free spins are hard to come by, and the winnings are minimal even when I hit it. This game is becoming more and more greedy.

The Star Shop tripled their prices comparing to the similar game a few months ago. And now you could only win the chests through the daily missions or buy them. Before, you could win the chests just by spinning. Now when I earned a Ace chest, it was always a duplicate one. I didn’t even get any new items for months. It was hopeless.

At my level, I need to spin at least 30 million each spin to just have a chance of getting the gold nuggets. And each Big or Mega win will only earn me just ONE gold nugget! Before, I could always get to the spin at the palace. But this time around, I can never get to the wheel. It is hopeless.

So, it is not just because of your luck on the random generator as they say that keeps you loosing. It is mainly because many of the game plays that prevent you from winning. There are simply not enough ways to make up for the losses.

I’ve spent a small fortune on the game because I understand that the people work on the game need to get paid. But there is no fun in this game anymore. No winning, only loosing. It used to be fun, but no more. It used to be entertaining, but no more. So why would I play a slot game that will never let me win?
