Long time satisfied customers! Condo A/C was not cooling. Christian arrived and was very thorough. He contacted me and told me what he felt the issue was and that he could repair it. No problem. Thanks to him, and Rachel and Shannon in the office, we are cool again.

We needed a whole new system in our house. The crew at Kabran Air Conditioning & Heating answered all my questions (via phone call and email) and promptly delivered on the day they said they would. They did not have an easy job pulling out an old air handler from our attic, and replacing it along with a new condenser unit, but they managed to replace it, make the new one more accessible, and work with our existing piping and venting so the project was not unusually invasive or time consuming. By 3PM the same day, we were up and running! Thank you Kabran Air Conditioning & Heating! We appreciate you all! Just in time for the hot days ahead too!

Kabran does all my HVAC services in Cocoa Beach FL. They do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. They also have a Cool Club wherein the annual service fee is discounted.

Service person showed up exactly on time, took care of the issue quickly, answered all of my concerns in a professional manner. They will be my choice for all of my heat and a/c needs as long as I live here.

I have been using Kabran services for 25 years. They are reliable, professional and quality of work is great. I appreciate an honest company. Their employees are loyal. You can't find that kind of service anymore. Reputation speaks for itself.

Install yesterday Banana Bay 3/11/22 Exceeded any expectations. Two man install, both excellent. The lead tech was outstanding. Improved the drain. Sealed the return area, making filter maintenance much easier. The AC install was meticulous while working quickly. While you may a few bucks elsewhere, rest assured, Kabran does it right.

Kabran is a very reliable provider of air conditioners, both installation, repair and maintenance. I've been using them exclusively for eleven years and their work is always perfectly executed. The entire staff is polite and efficient. I watched our last serviceman, Eric, perform maintenance and his experience, care, knowledge and competence was a pleasure to witness. I give Kabran and Eric a 5.0 rating out of 5.0.

I go out of my way to give kudos, props and support to small businesses in our community - I WANT to support them (I'm a Brevard County raised local). Today, I am ADAMANTLY asking for your attention to AVOID one. This company is not my style - Yeah, they're THAT bad. (I've given ample opportunity to "right their wrong", so here we go):
BEWARE - unprofessional, inept service. I purchased the entire unit brand new from Kabran Air Conditioning & Heating, located in Cocoa Beach. The unit was installed incorrectly (even aesthetically SLOPPY), resulting in repeated condensation/water issues. I discovered MOLD throughout walls, ducts, and the unit itself (including health issues in my kids). They did come out and "fix" the issues (no charge, clearly liable). Yet, the EXACT same issues resumed. I had multiple other companies assess the situation during the time in between - and all informed me of the SAME INSTALLATION ERROR, specifically with MANY gaps and unsealed areas (I have documented evidence time stamped from each company). I stuck with and "worked with" Kabran in a continued effort for them to get it right. Ultimately, they've chosen to disengage, saying I "should have purchased a maintenance plan with them, so it's my "error" (accountability; documentation speaks louder than words - I've kept a log of everything including pictures, videos, and written records). I'll add that I find it odd that Kabran has been here numerous times with the same repeated issue I've been forced to contend with, at no charge (that says everything/obvious) - and on departure each time - they assured me the unit was "perfect" (including already replacing the condenser since the unit has been working overtime). Hmm. I needed a maintenance plan with them?! Immaterial, but telling. Anyway, for a quick overview: I purchased the new unit and had it installed in October . This video was taken in July by another company technician (whom I paid to assess and maintain the unit): [insert video link]. From that point until today, I have since learned that the direct problem is [insert problem]. (Many pictures are available upon request).

Kabran came out in February and June , charged $40 and $85 and did nothing. I have an a/c that smells of mildew / rotten eggs, with water leaking. I contacted the company and sent an email about the inadequate service call. The first call was for an evaluation for which I paid $40. They came and went without making any notes about the foul smells emanating from air when it kicked on. They didn't respond to my phone call or email and then the coronavirus derailed all normal life. I reached out again and talked to Rachel, who scheduled a follow up on my complaint of smells, roaring locomotive sounds and pooling water. They sent an unqualified representative who didn't ask about the problems, didn't wear a mask or shoe coverings, didn't check the condensation lines, and didn't open the front cover of the air handler. He disappeared immediately after arriving and went to the roof, then returned mumbling about the sticker being worn off so he couldn't tell the size of the unit. He did nothing and when I told him I was renting the unit, he started to yell that it wasn't my concern since I was not the owner. Over and over he said this and walked out. To my shock, they billed for this visit too. This visit was extremely unnerving and my a/c problems were exactly the same as before his visit. I have the smell of mildew and intermittent "dirty sock" or rotten eggs emanating from the vents. I have significant water pooling in my air handler room that I have to put thick towels and a bucket to collect the water to avoid flooding throughout my small condo. Rachel promised to send someone competent to remedy what wasn't resolved the first time. She sent a person who may have lacked credentials to be in anyone's home.

We purchased a "Brand New" Rheem A/C, Hvac Unit from Kabran for our Surfside Wedding Chapel because they are also a local small business and we trusted them. We were guaranteed a 10 year warranty purchase and install of this "new" Rheem Unit. Right off the bat the Thermostat went bad. We have since found out that this is one of the main causes of Blower Motor Failure. Which we had soon after. (within 1st yr) We were also told that since we were a business that our 10 yr warranty was no longer any good. Well they knew that when they sold it to us because they were here and they put on our proposal "surfside wedding chapel". Each time they come we have to wait 3-5 days for repairs since they do not sell or service the product they sold us and they always charge us double service call charges when they come, because they always have to wait for the needed part, charging hundreds of dollars for the freon that leaked from the bad parts on top of it. Since we purchased the unit August , they have charged us exactly $1948.00 in repairs on this "new unit" Why did they sell us a unit they don't work on or SELL? They also instructed us to use bleach weekly in the drain line and we have had two seperate Professional Rheem A/C service techs tell us that this not only RUINS the system but instantly VOIDS the Manufacturer's Warranty! We definetly feel they have set us up for failure and reoccurring service and repairs. A Certified Rheem Agent also told us that holes or leaks don't just appear in refrigerant lines, (which were installed by them new) and they are usually the result of poor soldering, friction or other such installation issues. So the damages were caused by the only people who have touched this unit. Kabran! They should not sell a product to a neighboring business they want to "ditch" because we are only a few doors down from them. They should not have ruined our system with the terrible install or instructing us to use a chemical that directly corrodes it all.
