JustFlyasked to speak to manager and was on hold indefinitely and then flight cancelled

I called customer service to ask why I was charged twice and sent two itineraries. The agent was very rude and condescending, expressing that I must have gone onto another website to purchase my ticket - when I was only on JustFly's website. He said my return flight wasn't showing up in his system, and so it must be my mistake and I needed to talk to the airlines that I purchased the ticket from. I only used JustFly. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and he place me on hold for a very long time. While on hold, I got two emails saying my flight was canceled. What is happening over there?!
