JustFly review: Cannot handle an airline cancelled flight; terrible customer service

May 23, 2025, my flight with HiSky booked via justfly was arbitrarily cancelled without any notice. I was at JFK waiting for the airline to open the check-in, but I was told the flight was cancelled. Tried to call justfly, after 30 minutes manages to contact an agent who gave me the option to re-book for the next day, but with no confirmation from the airline for the next 8 hours. Did not get any confirmation, and the next day was impossible to contact justfly via phone or text. I am looking at a loss of $1200 including the trip from Connecticut to JFK, and frankly don't know how to get through to them.
