Just My Size

So, I ordered some clothes from Just My Size like 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to ship. I tried calling them up to see what's going on, but the line is always busy. Like, seriously, who only has one phone line these days? And there's no online chat or email option either, which is a bummer. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again if this is how they treat their customers.

Just My Size is a website that sells clothes for plus size women like me. I recently ordered a sweatshirt from them and I have to say, it was a bit disappointing. I mean, I know I'm a big girl and I know my size, but this sweatshirt was not what I expected. It was supposed to be a sweatshirt, but it was more like a thin t-shirt. I had a good laugh about it, but it was still a letdown.

If you're looking for a loose fitting sweatshirt, I suggest ordering a size or two up. For example, if you normally wear an XL, you might want to order a 4X or 5X. Even the arms on this sweatshirt were skinny, which was surprising. I mean, I know I have big arms, but come on!

Overall, I think Just My Size has some good options for plus size women, but you have to be careful with sizing. Make sure you read the reviews and check the measurements before ordering. I'll probably order from them again, but I'll definitely be more cautious next time.

I had a really bad experience with Just My Size. I ordered a sweater in a berry color, but it took forever to arrive. The package sat at DHL for six whole days! When it finally arrived, I was so excited to try it on, but it was the wrong color. I was really disappointed.

I tried to leave a review on the Just My Size website to let other customers know about my experience, but they wouldn't post it. I think that's really unfair. If they're going to sell products online, they should be willing to let customers share their honest opinions.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Just My Size. The customer service was terrible and I didn't get the product I ordered. It's just not worth the hassle.

I ordered from Just My Size on July 2nd, but unfortunately, I received the wrong items. I called customer service and they said they would send me the correct items. However, when I received the second package, it was still incorrect! I am very disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I do not recommend purchasing anything from Just My Size at this time. I spent a lot of time trying to fit everything back into the second package and will have to return it tomorrow. It's a waste of time and energy dealing with incorrect orders and returns.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Just My Size. I placed an order on April 20th and got confirmation that they received it. They even said they wouldn't charge me until my items shipped. I thought, "Wow, what great customer service!" But now it's the 30th and I still haven't received my order. What the heck, JMS? You suck!

I've tried contacting them through email and the two phone numbers listed, but they automatically hang up on me. That's just rude. So, I think I'm gonna have to take this up with the BBB and maybe even call Haines. This is ridiculous.

If anyone else has had a similar issue but was able to get it resolved, please let me know. I could really use some help here.

I gotta tell ya, I ain't too happy with Just My Size. I ordered some stuff from them and it never showed up. When I called them up, they just gave me the runaround and said it had been shipped. But let me tell ya, the USPS never said it was delivered. So I did some digging and found out that even though they said it was shipped and charged me, it just sat in their warehouse for five whole days. And get this, the last time it was scanned was in Georgia and it's been 16 days now. I tried emailing them, but they ain't responding no more. So I had to go and dispute the charge on my credit card. I don't know about you, but I ain't gonna be ordering from them again.

Three people told me that I would get a full refund and wouldn't have to send the clothes back, but that never happened. The fourth person I talked to said they would refund me for half of my order, but that never happened either.

I finally decided to send the clothes back to them, but it's been over a month and I still haven't been credited for my purchase. When I called to ask about it, they gave me a bunch of excuses about how it takes weeks to process refunds. They couldn't even locate my purchase and had to ask me what I had ordered!

Honestly, I feel like I got scammed by Just My Size. I would not recommend buying anything from them.
