I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and their customer service.

First, about the items: I ordered four pairs of pleated, elastic pants. The material is see-through, the sizing is way off (for example, I am a medium, I think I would have had to order two sizes up to even have a chance of them fitting), the pants are also very, very short (and I am not tall), and one pair had a pull in the material.

Second, about the lack of customer service: I immediately sent an email, which they claim is the best way to start a return, and I only got back the automated reply. No one ever contacted me. The phone number that they give on their website does not work either, after three rings, you get a busy signal.

The picture that I have attached is my 15-year-old daughter, she is an xs / small and this is her trying on the medium pants, notice they barely zipper. She is 5'7", on the taller side, but these are just way too short.

I have no idea how they are still in business.

Comfy Pants for $48 purchased in May thru my PayPal account. Received item not as advertised. Filed a return thru PayPal and was finally given complete address to return thru FedEx and returned the pants and no refund of $48 less additional shipping paid by me was refunded to my bank account as promised. It is now August and no refund issued. Contacted them several times thru email as they have no working number. Return was completed with un worn pants in perfect condition

Just ordered some of these comfy pants and let me tell ya, I was let down big time! The material felt nothing like cotton, despite them sayin' it was supposed to be. And don't even get me started on the fit - absolute disaster. I've bought stuff from the net before and never felt so mad after openin' up a package. Don't waste your money, mate. Might take a few extra dollars to buy from other places but it's worth it. I'll certainly remember to avoid this website like the plague.
