Sundae Muse Disappointing Experience with Sundae Muse: Terrible Customer Service and Inconsistent Sizing

I gotta say, I'm not impressed with Sundae Muse. I was really excited to order a dress for my bridal shower, so I paid extra for expedited shipping. But guess what? The dress didn't arrive on time. So I returned it and ordered a smaller size, but that one didn't fit either. I emailed their customer service team, hoping they could help me out since their sizing is so inconsistent. But instead of being helpful, they were passive aggressive and rude. I ended up spending $50 on shipping and returns, which is ridiculous. I asked if I could just return the dress for free and have them take the $10 off my store credit, but they ignored my questions and gave me more passive aggressive responses. Eventually, I decided to just return the dress and pay the fee, but I was two days past the 30-day return window and they wouldn't make an exception for me. Honestly, I wouldn't order from Sundae Muse again because of their terrible customer service. And don't even get me started on their inconsistent sizing.

Sundae Muse Warning: Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service - Sundae Muse Review

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Sundae Muse (sundaemuse.com). Despite having ordered around ?150 worth of items, I cannot recommend this company in good conscience. I was aware that my products were being shipped from Australia, but since their site offered free shipping, I felt that it would be worth my while. I also looked into their returns policy and found out that I'd only have to pay ?6.50 if I needed to send products back to the UK. Everything seemed fine, so I went ahead and added some more daring items to my order.

Unfortunately, this turned out to be a big mistake. I was completely unprepared for the email and text message I soon received from DHL, informing me that I owed a whopping ?61.24 in import taxes and charges. This was an incredibly nasty shock since no mention of these additional charges were made during the checkout, payment process, or even on my receipt! I was extremely upset and decided to contact Sundae Muse directly. I felt as if this had to be some sort of scam or mistake, but their response only made matters worse. They informed me that it was perfectly normal to have high import charges from the UK and that the buyer was expected to cover these costs, despite no mention of it on the website.

I was so shocked and disappointed with this response. I truly believe that Sundae Muse should have made it clear that such high import taxes and charges would need to be paid, rather than springing it on me after I'd already made my purchase. It's particularly frustrating, since the company is refusing to reimburse me any of the fees, and if I abandon the order, there's a risk it may not be returned to the seller, so I've had no choice but to pay the import fees.

All of this inconsistency and one-sidedness, combined with their appalling customer service, has left me certain that this company is not fit for purpose when it comes to selling internationally. I strongly advise anyone from outside Australia to avoid buying from them. Save yourself time and money and choose a company that provides transparency and fair policies.

I was really excited to order from Sundae Muse as I had heard great things about their clothing, however my experience with this company has been quite unpleasant. Although I eagerly awaited a dress I ordered, it became apparent it was being held in my local depot due to an additional charge of ?25. I was completely taken aback by this unexpected financial burden, as I had already paid ?10 for delivery from Australia to the UK. I had no idea that there would be such steep import duties, and was disappointed that this information was not more readily available during checkout.

Feeling taken advantage of, I decided to reach out to Sundae Muse, hoping to either receive a refund or some explanation for the additional charge. Unfortunately, I found their customer service to be less than satisfactory. They merely apologized and expressed their love for the dress that I had ordered, completely ignoring my concerns about the massive extra charge. To add insult to injury, they linked me to a page that apparently warns about import duties. I must say that this link was very difficult to locate, and it felt like a deliberate tactic to deceive customers into making purchases without being aware of the entire financial implications.

To make matters worse, I was disappointed with the quality of the dress itself. It was made of polyester instead of cotton, which detracted from its value for me as a customer. Sundae Muse Disappointing experience with Sundae Muse's dresses & customer service

Sundae Muse may not be the online store you're looking for if you're searching for quality dresses and reliable customer service. Unfortunately, my shopping experience with them was not as expected. I've encountered a number of issues that could have been avoided if only the online store had provided accurate details about their products.

I decided to purchase the Arche dress in two sizes, an 8 and 10, hoping to find the perfect fit. I even compared my measurements to those of the model who was wearing a size six. Unfortunately, both dresses turned out to be unreasonably short, barely covering my bum despite my height of 170cms - a disappointment, to say the least! When I reached out to Sundae Muse regarding a refund, they were unresponsive to my request and refused to take any responsibility for the inaccuracies in their size guide.

What's more, I had to deal with a customer service agent named Jonah who was sarcastic and argumentative in his approach. I wanted to return the dress, but all I got was a smart-aleck response that it was my fault for relying too heavily on the size guide. In fact, he even suggested I file a complaint with the ACC. As a customer, I can't emphasize enough how frustrating it is to feel completely disregarded and unheard - and to be met with such poor service!

If you're reading this review, take note: shopping at Sundae Muse may not be worth the trouble given the plethora of options available elsewhere online. You're better off exploring other retailers that take customer service seriously and can deliver on their promises. Don't waste your time, effort, and money dealing with subpar products and a dismissive team that lacks accountability.

When I first heard of Sundae Muse, I was excited to try out their dresses. However, after making a few purchases, I had to admit that my overall experience was pretty bad. Firstly, the quality of the fabric was subpar for their prices. Despite purchasing three different dresses, it was disappointing to find out that the first one didn't fit like what was shown on the model. It had a babydoll look to it that wasn't my style, so I returned it.

The second dress was a keeper, though the fabric seemed too cheap for the price. As for the third dress, I had a tough time with returning it twice due to unsuitable sizing. Although I tried to convert Australian sizes to US sizes, it was still too small. What made matters worse was that I had to pay for the first shipping myself, which didn't provide a positive experience. Although I shouldn't have had to pay for the second return, I had to request that shipping costs were waived.

Another bummer was that Sundae Muse only offered gift cards instead of refunds. Compared to other fashion brands, it seems like an old-fashioned practice. As someone who recently shopped at Sundae Muse (sundaemuse.com), I have mixed feelings about my experience. Firstly, I must say that the clothes looked stunning on the website models, and that's what prompted me to place an order. Sundae Muse is a fashion brand that caught my eye with its adorable and affordable clothing. The moment I came across their website, I found myself wanting to add several items to my shopping cart. Being a resident of Canada, I was informed that the shipping would take approximately 2-3 weeks. However, after waiting for about a month and a half, I still had not received my package. As an avid online shopper, I have tried a multitude of clothing websites such as Fashion Nova, Madewell, and Showpo. Recently, I came across Sundae Muse and was intrigued by their cute clothes, prompting me to give them a try. Despite Showpo being an Australian company and me fitting into their size, I researched the size guide on Sundae Muse and chose a size 10 accordingly. However, upon waiting two weeks for delivery and trying on the size 10, I struggled to even get a leg in.

Naturally, I emailed Sundae Muse and decided to swap one of the dresses (that had not been delivered yet) for a size 12, which was still too small. Disappointingly, I realized that the clothes were poorly made and that the sizing was entirely off. In an attempt to rectify the situation, I reached out to the customer service team for a refund. Even though I had given Sundae Muse a fair shot, and had spent over $250, I found that every item was either too small or too short. Their response to my concerns was to suggest that I try a size 14, with the only option of store credit.

To my dismay, I discovered that they only offer three items in size 14, despite their advertised availability of up to size 16. The customer service representative shared a link with me of the limited options for me to "try." As a result, I can only possibly exchange my purchase for a few items despite my extensive spending, making me feel cheated and unsatisfied with this fraudulent website. I highly recommend that you avoid Sundae Muse to save yourself time and money, as their items are of poor quality and the sizing is incredibly inaccurate.

Sundae Muse Poor Quality and Lack of Communication: My Disappointing Experience with Sundae Muse

As a consumer, I recently purchased two items from Sundae Muse (sundaemuse.com) for my girlfriend's birthday and unfortunately had an unsatisfactory experience. It is understandable that international shipping may take some time, but what added to the frustration was the lack of communication. I didn't receive any emails from the company, including receipts for the purchase, which didn't give me confidence in the buying process.

The two items I purchased were the "Renee Blue Matching Set" and they were of very poor quality. The stitching was haphazard and there were even threads sticking out. It honestly looked like a label from China, which is never a good sign. I paid $72 USD for these poor quality items and was charged an additional fee of $0.72. Even though I ordered the correct size and referred to their clothing conversion chart, the clothes were extremely small. I had to request a return and paid the shipping cost of $9.50 plus an additional $0.10 fee, and the shipping label was never emailed to me. Instead, they use a third-party return company and I had to contact their support for assistance. Even though I followed their instructions, it still took days for the return label to arrive. Eventually, the return process took weeks to complete and I was issued a gift card for $55.85 AUD.

I was really perplexed by the gift card amount and emailed their customer support for clarification. They told me that I received two gift cards for the same amount. But, the problem lies in the fact that I am only able to view and use one gift card. Thus, I'm currently waiting for a reply from their customer service. When I asked for a refund, as I was honestly unhappy with everything, it was declined. This type of disregarded treatment and lack of customer service is not what one expects when shopping online.

As far as their product selection goes, I didn't feel good about the quality of their clothing after this experience. I strongly discourage people from spending their money with Sundae Muse. They don't even offer a place for customers to write reviews on their website, which is odd because it seems like they may be trying to scam their customers with inferior quality clothes while charging a premium price. Don't fall into the same trap I did and avoid buying from Sundae Muse.

It's unfortunate that my experience with Sundae Muse has been nothing short of disappointing. I ordered items on February 9th, hoping to receive them on time for a wedding, but as of my writing this review on February 16th, it's clear that won't be happening. I'm extremely disappointed with the processing time, which has been painfully slow.

When I contacted customer service for an update, I was told that they didn't have an exact date for shipping, and that they would update me next week. This seemed like an unreasonable amount of time to wait for an update, considering that it had already been a week since I placed my order. The fact that they advertised express shipping doesn't really matter if it takes them such a long time to process orders.

Their excuse for the delay was that they were behind schedule, which isn't really acceptable. They're a company, and their job is to fulfill orders in a timely manner. I have a feeling that they don't actually have the items in stock and are waiting for a new shipment, which would explain the long processing time. I requested a cancellation, but was told that once the order is placed, it can't be cancelled, even though the items haven't been packed or shipped yet.

To make matters worse, they don't have a refund process, which is a huge red flag for any company. It seems like they're only interested in taking customers' money, without any regard for providing good customer service. I'm highly disappointed by this, especially considering that other online companies I've ordered from in the past few months have demonstrated efficient and speedy processing times.

Sundae Muse Terrible Experience with Sundae Muse: Don't Waste Your Time and Money

I wouldn't recommend Sundae Muse to anyone. I had a terrible experience with them and I think it's important to share it with others so they don't make the same mistake I did. It took them more than 2 months to process my order and during that time, the top I ordered became out of stock. I tried to contact them multiple times but they just told me to keep waiting. I mean, seriously? More than 2 months is just ridiculous.

To make matters worse, I used store credit for my purchase and when they finally emailed me saying they'd offer a refund, they went back on their word and said they could only provide store credit. I was so disappointed and frustrated. Their service is just horrible and greedy. Now I'm stuck with store credit that I can't even use because every time I find something I like, it's out of stock. What's the point of having store credit if I can't even use it?

I don't think anyone should buy from Sundae Muse if they need something for an event or if they want to receive their order in a reasonable amount of time. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake I made.

Firstly, I had trouble receiving a proper tracking number for my package, which caused me stress and unnecessary worry. To make matters worse, it took a whopping six weeks for my order to finally arrive at my doorstep! During this entire period, I received no communication or updates regarding the whereabouts of my package, leaving me feeling very frustrated and impatient.

Upon finally receiving my order, I was disappointed to find out that the dress sizes were incredibly small - almost as if they were made for children! I recently had an experience shopping at Sundae Muse and unfortunately, it was not a great one. Although their customer service representatives were kind and helpful, other aspects of the shopping experience left me feeling unsatisfied.

One major issue I had was with Sundae Muse's return policy. While I understand that their policy only allows for store credit, I was disappointed to find that I wasn't reimbursed for shipping. This was particularly frustrating when I tried to return an item that was poorly made with bad quality fabric. Not only did I have to pay for shipping to return it, but I also didn't receive any reimbursement for the cost of shipping the item back to Sundae Muse.

Sundae Muse Disappointing Experience with Sundae Muse: Delayed Dispatch and Poor Customer Service Response

I was really excited to shop at Sundae Muse for my gender reveal party dress! However, I was disappointed to find that despite paying for express shipping, my order had not been dispatched after almost a week. Understandably anxious about my upcoming event, I reached out to customer service in hopes of finding a solution. While I appreciate that the customer service representative responded, I felt let down by their less-than-helpful reply. In essence, they stated that warehouse dispatch delays were causing the issue and they couldn't offer a refund due to company policy.

I must say that I find it hard to understand why a refund would be denied when the dress is still in their possession, and I found this policy to be quite ridiculous. I'm still waiting on an update on the dispatch status of my dress as of today. Unfortunately, not being able to rely on my order arriving in time with express shipping and the lack of willingness to issue a refund has dampened what could have been a very positive shopping experience.

Sundae Muse Terrible Customer Service at Sundae Muse, Do Not Recommend Buying From Them!

I had a terrible experience with Sundae Muse and would not recommend their services. As someone who needed two dresses for a wedding on February 3rd, I was deeply disappointed when my order never arrived. Despite reaching out to the company, I was unable to get a clear explanation as to why my order was never shipped. To make matters worse, Jonah from their customer service email was incredibly rude and unhelpful, claiming to be the only manager available and refusing to provide a contact number that I could call.

When I shared my own number to discuss the matter further, I was still met with a dismissive attitude and no call. Jonah even went so far as to cancel my order without my consent and only offered me a gift card in return. Why would anyone want to continue supporting a company that refuses to take responsibility and treats its customers with such poor manners? Instead, I recommend shopping elsewhere such as Hello Molly or SHOWPO.

Overall, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I am so frustrated with the entire process, and it is a true shame to see a company that could have provided such a positive experience fall so short. When considering your purchase, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere to avoid the headache and disappointment that I experienced.

Sundae Muse High-Quality Products with Some Disappointing Policies: My Sundae Muse Experience

As a first-time shopper at Sundae Muse, I must say that I'm very pleased with the quality of my purchased items. I had bought a top and skirt set, and even though the top was missing from the package, the customer service team was prompt in informing me about the situation. Although it was a bit disappointing, they gave me the option to choose a refund or a voucher, which I appreciated. I decided to go for the latter and went on to find another top to pair with my skirt.

However, I encountered a bit of a roadblock when I realized that my order had exceeded $50, but I was no longer eligible for free shipping because of the change in my order. I was told that I would have to pay for the postage at my own expense, which I thought was a bit of a shoddy policy. Additionally, the fact that I couldn't return the skirt since I couldn't get the matching top was quite upsetting, as it felt like a waste of money.

Although I was initially impressed with the high-quality of the products and the overall experience with Sundae Muse, these policies left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. It's a shame to see such a business with excellent products having policies like these, as it can deter customers from coming back. I'm not entirely sure if I'd still shop here again, as it's something to keep in mind. Nevertheless, I would still recommend Sundae Muse to others, as the quality of their products is undoubtedly worth it.

Sundae Muse Sundae Muse: Disappointing Service and Lack of Communication in Online Shopping Experience

When it comes to online shopping, we all want to know that we are going to receive quality service and products in a timely manner. Unfortunately, Sundae Muse (sundaemuse.com) falls short on both of these fronts. To start, I opted for express shipping and was shocked to find that three days after placing my order, it had not even been packed yet! After following up, I was told that it would be an additional two business days before my order would even be shipped out. While I eventually received notification that half of my order had been shipped, there was no communication as to why the entire order had not yet been shipped or when it would arrive. It was only through my own diligence in following up that I even discovered that an item was missing from my order.

To make matters worse, when I contacted Sundae Muse about the issues with my order, I was initially promised a full refund of $85. However, when I received my refund, it was only $77 - without any explanation as to why it was less than promised. Given the lengthy delay in shipping and the lack of communication throughout the process, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

As someone who loves to share recommendations with friends and family, I can say with confidence that I cannot recommend Sundae Muse to anyone. If you want to avoid the headache and frustration of dealing with a company that doesn't prioritize their customers or their orders, I highly suggest shopping elsewhere.

Sundae Muse Subpar Service and Hidden Fees: A Disappointing Experience with Sundae Muse

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with Sundae Muse, an online fashion retailer. Unfortunately, the service I received was subpar and not worth the money that I spent. While I was initially excited to purchase a dress from their site for ?50, I was disappointed to discover that shipping would cost an additional ?11. Nevertheless, I figured that this was understandable given the distance the dress was traveling. As indicated on their website, the dress would arrive within 2-5 days, but it ended up taking a full 2 weeks before I received any confirmation that my order had even been dispatched.

Frustrated by the delay, I reached out to customer service to inquire about the status of my order. It was only then that they told me they had overlooked my purchase and that the dress had not actually been shipped. While they apologized for the error, it was almost a month before the dress finally arrived on my doorstep. But the real kicker was when I discovered that I was also required to pay a staggering ?21 shipping fee in addition to the already-expensive ?11 I had already paid. This additional cost was nowhere to be found on the Sundae Muse website, and I felt cheated and taken advantage of.

At this point, I decided that I no longer wanted the dress and requested that the order be cancelled. Despite their assurance that they had taken care of the cancellation, I soon learned that the dress was on its way to me anyway. I was left with a cheap-looking dress that I would never wear and had spent ?81 in total for the whole ordeal. Needless to say, I was extremely unhappy with my experience at Sundae Muse and would not recommend this site to anyone looking for a reliable online fashion retailer.

However, my experience with Sundae Muse has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. The dress that I ordered was not up to my standards of quality, and felt cheaply made. Given the price that I paid for the item, I had hoped for something better.

What made matters worse was the length of time it took for the dress to arrive. I was not informed by the company in advance that shipping would take a full month, leaving me with uncertainty as to when my purchase would arrive. There was no explanation offered as to why my order was experiencing delays or what I could do to check on its status.
